But Chris, it is irresponsible just to take a walk! Not without first consulting the experts, conducting a risk-assessment, hiring Robin DeAngelo and Ibram Kendi to train you on anti-racist walking (remember, *everything*, including walking, is either racist or anti-racist!), consulting the EPA to assess the ecological impact of your carbon emissions if you are breathing heavily, etc. It's called being a good citizen, and everyone can afford this lifestyle, though for the ignorant working-class laborers, they will have to learn to code or get training in community activism, so they can get a real job doing important work for 6-figures or more. Then we can all live in a safe and equitable word, where we are permitted to go for a walk after making sure we are doing so equitably and sustainably!

ALWAYS DRIVE, and avec le MASK, alone in the car, with windows UP!

And be on your cell phone for when you veer into another car, so they can talk you through those last few moments of life...

Expand full comment

Agreed, but with this proviso, that you drive in an *antiracist* fashion, like the SUV that drove itself into the Waukesha Christmas parade. That is what anti-racist driving looks like.

As a dog, I don't often get the chance to drive except in the wee hours...

You left out LGBTQ inclusive. You must do something to make sure your walk is not transphobic.....wear rainbow leg warmers?

Expand full comment

OMG! How could I have forgotten the Rainbow 🌈 Coalition! Of course, we must make sure our pedestrian activities signal our virtuous concern for our LGBTQAI+/- comrades. Whenever I walk anywhere, even from my bed to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I always strap on a seven-foot dildo and gigantic fake boobs (like that shop teacher who went viral recently) to signal to the wokeist deities that I support trans rights. Hopefully that will redound to my karmic credit in the next life.

I thought getting in shape and improving physical strength were indicators of right wing extremism? Wasn't that part of the narrative a few months ago?

The WHO says it's OK to exercise now...what a relief. 😅

Expand full comment

WHO is the WHO to tell us to EXERCISE... look at Bulge Gates!!!! Does he drive in a mask with the windows up, or WHAT!?!?

He's needing a good bra, right about now.🙄

Yeah, or maybe a nice jab...

Or 12. 😏

Screw Tedros. Exercise makes the jab more effective. Walk or jog to get your next booster!

They lost me at “equitable physical activity.”

We can’t lose this word “equitable” from the lexicon fast enough.

Would 'diverse' work for you? Personally, I get all my exercise jumping to conclusions and flying off the handle.

😂🤣😂🤣 Sounds like we have the same exercise routine.

DavidC, you made me laugh out loud!

In all seriousness, Chris, it’s fascinating how terrible is the physical health of these masters of the universe.

Just look at the morbidly obese Belgian minister of health, the hypogonadic skinny-fat Karl Lauterbach, breasty and pregnant Bill Gates, or George Soros, whose eyebags alone contain enough neurotoxin to gas a subway.

Even Elon Musk looks and increasingly acts like late-career, over-the-hill, low-T Napoleon Bonaparte.

For all their billions in fiat currency, patronage networks and license to kill, these people couldn’t get in shape if their lives depended on it. When they look in the mirror, they see only disgrace, and they wheeze when they put their socks on.

This is why every free man’s first duty is to get and stay in outstanding physical shape.

Health can never be denied to us, can never be stolen from us, and will always be envied by the wealthiest tyrants as it slips through their grasp.

Health is freedom!

Stand strong on your own two feet, and you are at once free. Then increase the weight.

on Feb 25, 2020, i was hit by a texting driver while on my bike, ironically to a strength training session. i was in a wheelchair for 2 months but i exercised within my limits every morning, even without the WHO's blessing.

when everything closed down, i barely noticed as i was pretty much a shut in.

once i was able to navigate the stairs again, i made daily use of my home gym between visits to my trainer who was conducting sessions outside.

the last thing anyone needs is a bloated global unelected bunch of "experts" telling us what to do! where were they during the pandemic when some advice on vitamin D levels and body weight might have had some positive effect? these guys are idiots who believe that health is a function of the number of boosters you've had.

watch a documentary called The Motivation Factor. it is unbelievable how fit high school kids were in 1962. if we still had those programs in place, we might have sailed through covid. but none of the kids in that film needed to take pharmaceuticals and they probably didn't eat crap food. right there is the problem; those two industries need a population of fat, sick consumers

Not like I’d take the WHO’s advice on anything anyway, but that was one piece of “advice” I immediately ignored. I got laid off because of the so-called pandemic and while I was on unemployment, I damn well walked outside every chance I got, of course without a mask. If the parks were closed, I walked through our neighborhood. Between my hubby and I, we have enough weight equipment and associated fitness gear accumulated over the years that I never saw the point in ever getting a gym membership. This is yet another instance of the WHO, CDC, NIH, et. al., saying one thing, and me doing the exact opposite.

LOL, good for you! I bought a step so I could do step aerobics in my kitchen that first year.

Expand full comment

Good for you as well! LOL! I had to have a knee replacement that was delayed by a year because “no non-essential surgeries.” Right. I was not getting my nose fixed. I had to ration my walks because it hurt too much if I did it for too long a time. But I managed to buy a used exercise bike a couple months before my surgery, and that really helped me get in shape, not only in general, but made the PT afterward much easier. Hope you are still using your stepper. That’s one strenuous exercise!

Expand full comment

Because knee replacements are “non-essential”? Sheesh. I still use my step , got my bike refurbished and set a goal to put 100 miles on it in four weeks, then when last winter came, I joined the YMCA and worked out 3 mornings a week. Never once did any authority figure mention staying healthy. I LOVE finding fellow resistors, so good for you!

Expand full comment

Yeah. Knee replacements were considered non-essential surgery, so I had to delay it to 2021. I had to make do with cortisone shots (THAT was allowed) but which gradually stopped helping at all. Finally told my ortho doc to put me on the surgery schedule and the rest is history. Just passed my year checkup a couple weeks ago and it’s as if the surgery never happened, it feels so back to normal. That is great that you did the 100 mile bike goal and joined the Y. I love finding fellow resistors, too, doing resistance exercises! 😂 Good for you. Keep up the good work!

This is just more of them covering their plump asses. See, we advocate health! All that talk of us not advocating for health during the pandemic is just misinformation.

Now that the EUA is done I guess they can start saying Ivermectin and Hydroxychloriquine is good for Covid.

See? The government just ENCOURAGED you to take your thousandth silent walk around the block like a circling zoo animal in your silent, dead community while your neighbors stare suspiciously at you from their windows, fully masked in their homes.

The government wants you to be healthy and free. That's why it gives you these walks. See, there's no such thing as lockdowns. Now stop spreading misinformation. It's terrorism.
