"We are trained to make sober, rational decisions."

HAHAHAHA

They are trained to kiss up and kick down and the closest any of these parasites get to anything remotely "rational" is that they know that selling their souls to Que Mala and the DNC means they'll get to warm the same seat till retirement, get that full pension and maybe a Board seat or cable-news talking-head gig or "think tank" appointment (where they'll also know that they one thing they must never do is THINK), and that the kids' dental and college bills will get paid...

"That is how we know Vice President Harris would make an excellent Commander-in-Chief"...

How is someone who's never once been excellent at anything suddenly going to become excellent at the world's toughest job? Please name one excellent thing she's ever done in her life! What is excellent about Que Mala besides her PR and all the people who obediently regurgitate propaganda on her behalf?

This is what happens when lies and malfeasance not only go unpunished but rewarded. No one lost a job or a cent for the many lies of Russiagate (they even won Pulitzers!), no one lost a job or a cent lying about Hunter's laptop being "Russian disinformation", and thus we are stuck with a Deep State that meddles in national elections and a totally corrupt and unaccountable elite who might just install a cackling non-entity somehow more incoherent than her senile boss as the next puppet Prez.

I think the gorilla in the room is that Trump can not capitalize on the obvious:

Every time these dummies speak on behest of their ventriloquist masters (MSM Overlords) about how such and such members of The Blob endorse Kamalablob, Trump should point out these are EXACTLY the people we are "voting" against....and tell them why we are voting against them.

At least that's one of the main reasons I'm voting for him...as well as a large portion of people that are going to give him their bid.

He's missed that opportunity dozens of times.

I agree. Trump likes to energize his base. What would be more effective on reaching the swing voters would be to say, “Look you’re hearing a lot of scary stuff about the dangers of a Trump presidency when the country has actually experienced a Trump presidency 4 years ago. Not only that but we’ve also experienced a Biden/Harris presidency over the past 3 and a half years. It’s all recent stuff! You can compare the two administrations yourself and demand the media do so as well. Here’s what I think you should be worrying about going forward. Look what’s happening to free speech in Brazil, Europe, England, Canada and Australia. Do we want to get swept up in the sort of authoritarianism where people can be fined or jailed for posting something the government defines as “hate speech” or “misinformation”? Worse yet, do you want to live in a country where prosecutors target citizens for their political beliefs and powerful government institutions put their thumbs on the scale in favor of their preferred political party? …. site examples.. FBI suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story etc.

Team Kamala is tossing softballs to the Trump campaign. Everything she (vaguely) claims to support: A strong middle class, a chance to get ahead, attacking price gouging, $25K for a house, etc., etc., etc., should be met with the following response(s): 1- Why not implement it now?, 2- Why haven't you done it in the last 3.5 years?

Expand full comment

Like you, I want to see Trump and his campaign put this in perspective and embarrass the media:

"Oh, Kamala got the endorsement of nearly 750 national security folks? Gee, I wonder why? It wouldn't have anything to do with the nature of their jobs, a preference for conflict, or the billions of dollars that go to war efforts, would it? And our media has no questions. No skepticism. Their powers of analysis and penchant for challenging questions suddenly take a siesta. It's just full-on endorsement of the recommendation of national security officials -- with their spotless reputation and the immense power they have over our lives."

Andy, in my small conservative AZ town, signs are popping up everywhere that say…

“If you want no King,

Vote Democrat.”

Other than very poor phrasing, the logic seems to link Trump to a royalty complex. And yet the royally elite Dems want to control what we say, what we think, what we eat, etc. I don’t think that garbage will fly here but I admit, I am praying for our country pretty often these days.

You guys are right. They are already beyond the ability to seek truth because they are content with current worldview that's been neatly shrink-wrappped, by their overlords, and fed to them like comfort food.

"The general public is being reduced to a state where people not only are unable to find out about the truth, but also become unable to search for the truth because they are satisfied with deception and trickery that have determined their convictions, satisfied with a fictitious reality created by design through the abuse of language."

"One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we've been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We're no longer interested in finding out the truth. It's not easy to believe that all 741 are that stupid, so yes, they must think it advantageous. Not all of the 80 million voters who will support her election are that stupid, but are willing to go along because, for example: abortion is the only thing that matters, the environment is the only thing that matters, having a black/woman in the White House is the only thing that matters, or the catch-all, keeping Trump out of the White House is the only thing that matters. I am known to imbibe a few more than my fair share of adult beverages and prefer Tito's vodka (from Texas) or Blue Ice vodka (from Idaho) or a few different Highland whiskies that are distilled by people who are very distantly related to my family. At my father's 80th birthday party on Sunday, my TDS suffering brother accused me of drinking vodka because I was inspired by Trump's Russian supporters. I laughed, because I thought he was joking, but was shocked when I saw that he was dead serious. Apparently, vodka is only for Russian sympathizers and a rather extensive Scotish Highland Whisky catalog in my home bar is just cover for my Putin-loving.

In the end, as political strategy, it’s really 741 reminders of how deep the water in the swamp really is. And with at least 2/3rds of the country wanting out of the Russia war, Zelensky reminds us all that Kamala will keep feeding the corrupt war machine largesse he enjoys, and then, he makes himself look like an idiot by publicly tying himself to a political party which may not be in power much longer…good luck on that one!
