From this reporting, she apparently has very strong feelings about forgotten dead children. We know they never existed...yet she's not relieved to find out they never existed. She is adamant about mourning those forgotten dead children. She would rather they have lived, and suffered, and died, and been forgotten...so that she can remember them.
She is mourning ghosts. Whose ghosts?
What does it signify, when a young woman mourns the ghosts of children she never knew?
She is living multiple generations downstream from globalist policies to use war draft and mechanized war to mass slaughter intelligent, fit, healthy, brave white men of prime breeding age. Draft, 1915 to 1965. Sandboxes after that.
Countless tens of millions of young chads--erased.

Women making virtue of the ugly necessity they find themselves within.

It’s been a great week for journalists, with much more to come. Wasn’t there a poll last year that had journalists running behind members of congress in public esteem?
Ok. That is priceless. Her hunchback, that sour, bitter look on her face, that schoolmarm sanctimony. LOL. She is no match for O'Leary. It is amazing he was invited.
Too bad you had to come back to that. I restacked a piece recently that was adressed to such women, arguing to them that they are about to replace white males as public enemy #1.
I pointed out, they always said, women should rule the world. Now everyone but you AWFLs knows how miserable that is, and that it leads to the imminent collapse of civilization.
Par for the course with the CBC. And Canada probably has more pound for pound public officials and media personalities who turn comments off on X as well as Block happy. The minutes there's heat they turn off and block.
Bunch of wusses who can't face the people or heat.
For years the CBC has not allowed comments on its website and YouTube channel.
The previous CEO of the CBC, Catherine Tait, would visibly get upset when questioned by elected members of the parliamentary committee overseeing the network.
I tried to watch it, only took 45 seconds and I am done. I just cannot tolerate any more of the bull crap gotcha set ups and questions from incompetent 'cbc journalists' with no preparation nor understanding of the basic concepts of economics and or basic business sense. Try selling your journalism on the open market, experience failures, then do the interview. FFS basic knowledge is crucial.
She would not last long as a barista unless all the customers just let her order for them based on her preconceived notions of what they wanted.
If I were being “interviewed” by her I would have had a lot less patience before giving her my opinion regarding her lacking of knowledge and then just ending the interview in a way similar to that of George Bush leaving the set after Dan Rather continued to hector him for those of you old enough to remember that.
To call this woman a journalist demeans the whole profession.
It took me a while to figure it out. It is a plaintive voice mannerism - seeking affirmation of the absurdities it is spewing out, tremulous because there is no real conviction or confidence in what is passing the lips. It is nearly whinging without quite descending fully to that particular vocal form.
Frances Widdowson is the real deal... I finally met her and her husband at the end of May this year.... she has balls of steel.... we need more Frances' out there...... she is unafraid and we should be grateful and follow in whatever footsteps we can to help her... because in doing so this is the only way to end this BS..... she should not be going at this alone... Tucker is a repeater not a reporter and yet people believe her propaganda... it's later than we think, folks....
I don't see it as "balls of steel" to oppose the most blatant and idiotic propaganda.
"Balls of steel" is when my father's generation attacked Soviet tanks on the Mannerheim Line, on foot, with hand-thrown weapons.
"Balls of steel" was when my darling climbed thousand-foot communications towers in prairie winds, sometimes in winter, and not losing equanimity, balance, or mission when burned by a stray cable through the skin and to the muscle.
"Balls of steel" is when US Coast Guardsmen board cartel/triad boats full of trafficked humans and drugs and face fire.
"Balls of steel" is NOT merely standing up to the likes of CBC's propaganda puppets...which should be considered to constitute the absolute minimum of adult behavior.
She has balls of steel.... sorry, you don't have to agree... it's commendable what your father's generation and others who fought for us did... however, there are different degrees.... she has lost a job/career and sacrificed more than most... being a hero isn't measured with just one stick.... "merely" standing up? Then why don't more do it? If they did, this article wouldn't have to be published... this is the "war" we are in now... wake up before it's too late... appreciate the past but fight for your future like it depends on it because it does...
Nope, I tell it like it is.... looks like you set unrealistic ones for the climate and the era we are in.... the war looks different and we need all kinds of soldiers to get us out of the trenches. Frances is definitely one of them... not all heroes wear capes... have you heard of that saying?
The MSM has become a virtually 100% accurate indicator in their reporting on anything political. Whatever they say, you can with almost unerring reliability, assume the opposite and be correct.
You're missing a crucial point: they have built audience share by getting you to pay attention, and a proven way to harvest your attention is saying what you know to be outrageous and untrue.
They're not there to dispense truth. They're there to collect eyeballs on behalf of them that pays them.
They would go broke on the ten minutes of attention they get from me per week, when the tube defaults to Channel 3. They don't mistake me for their target audience.
But this is exactly the point to be made, and spread.
Just don't look. But of course now we have social media expanding ITS audiences and influence by getting people triggered/riled up to look. How many SS threads are precisely about people getting wound up about, and having opinions on, these matters?
Reclaiming attention, reaction, emotion, and action is the Great Work now. The Media Age hydra needs to be executed by new Herakles men and women. I think this may already be happening to some degree...which is why these media are getting more and more extreme, and doubling down on their formulas. LOOK LOOK LOOK REACT DAMN YOU LOOK!!! And recasting moments of media idiocy as giant dramas of Heroism.
We stopped calling them retards and now call them experts. I heard that today and nearly shat my pants laughing so hard.
My cholesterol is higher than 200 but less than 300. My doc CONTINUALLY tells me I need statins. My Resting HR is high 40s to low 50s. My BP is mostly below 120 and 80--around 112/65 is a normal reading.
VA Doc (I really like the woman actually, but she's reading from a script) "Would you please consider statins?"
Me: "Doc, I told you. I have two buddies my age, but fatter, both on statins. When I ask them 'what are your side effects?'--both said 'Brain Fog'. I will not handicap my brain to take a drug that I don't need. Have you read these ____ counter arguments to 'high cholesterol'?"
Most of our 'experts' are incurious bureaucrats.
It has gotten so bad for me that I respond like a photographic negative of nearly everything I hear from all institutions. Oh, if you think this is good for me, then avoid it like the plague. If you don't like it, scarf it down...
If you've got the time, run your numbers through one of those cardio risk calculators. Based on your BP, and assuming you aren't diabetic or obese, you will likely find a risk of maybe 10-15% at most. Apparently, even this number or range is "too high" and supposedly requires statins (even though the whole point of the calculator is to see if you should be on a statin, even though presented as seeing if you are at risk for CVD). Print out your result.
After you've crunched those numbers, then go back and run them again with two changes: First, make your cholesterol number(s) be what's considered "ideal." Print that result-- this is the most important result because you'll see the miniscule reduction involved with taking the statin. Not much to write home about, huh?
Then go back and make your numbers the same as what you started out with (using your high cholesterol) and make your age be 10-20 years younger, holding everything else the same.
What you'll find is that most of the risk numbers can't change your risk much because they relate to your age and in your case, your sex. Taking a statin doesn't improve your CVD risk much at all. Besides, a 10-15% risk means that you've got a 85-90% chance of no CVD.
I detest the whole cholesterol myth/statin push, but I use their calculator against them. They can't argue with the fact that taking a statin reduces absolute risk by maybe 2-3%. Definitely not worth the side effects.
Cat! You're brilliant! I love it. I did do the cholesterol ratio (good to bad), and I'm totally 'in the green' as we'd say in the Army.
What astonishes me is how many of my peers have bought into this. One of these two is also on BP meds. I told him--bro--give me 30 min and I'll teach you to meditate. Lowered my BP by 10-15 points almost immediately, and once you begin to practice, you can learn to lower your internal temp/BP on command (mostly--certainly not when I've allowed myself to get completely, insanely, enraged about something...)
But the idea of spending 10 min a day is too hard, take a pill. This guy made O6...of course he did, doesn't rock the boat...
I am going to do exactly what you prescribed. I did a 10 day fast in June (my fun-meter was red-lined) and did labs at the end. Still pretty high cholesterol...but I told my doc I'd come in later in summer for more lab work.
Reducing risk by 3% to make yourself stupid. That is insane. Thanks again!
Thanks Brian. To really blow your mind, check out the CholesterolCode.com website. I stumbled onto this guy and his vids years ago and actually experimented on myself to see if I could change my cholesterol readings just by eating a certain way for 3-5 days before the cholesterol blood draw. It works. Some years, I was able to cut my cholesterol by up to 20 points. Doing that diet proved how ridiculous the whole test-and-get-prescribed-statins scam can be.
Westin A Price foundation published an article in one of their quarterly publications a few years back - women who had “high cholesterol” lived longer than those with lower numbers. I am 62 and haven’t had mine checked since 2010 (work related requirement back then) I worry that mine is too low!
I went and looked up one statin-medication on our governmental page for info about medications. Among the very many possible side effects listed in the "1/100 users"-section I find this:
Hepatitis.
Say waht? Waht.
Ain't no way anybody if asked would risk a 1/100 chance of hepatitis if told, is there?
Before the Covid vaccine, I believe statins were one of the most profitable, if not the most profitable, pharmaceuticals on the planet. No wonder they keep redefining the risk in order to rope more people into taking them.
The magic words there are "absolute risk". I once looked closely at an early statin clinical trial, and discovered for myself what "relative risk" is and how it's misused in order to push drugs.
But weren’t statins only medically approved for temporary use in extreme emergencies because of the side effects? Yet they are instead prescribed as a tonic?
not only is what you said about minimal risk reduction true, but there was a massive study done by Kaiser that showed that the serious complications claimed by the calculator are vastly overstated.
Too many docs are still pushing statins. Your brain needs cholesterol, that’s why the dementia & brain fog while taking statins that reduce it. Also other bad things happen - take the warnings on the script seriously. Take 500 mg. of the natural supplement Berberine. A side effect is weight loss btw.
Thank you Dena. I’ll do some research to find the best way to use it. Looks like powders and tablets are available. Thank you for the suggestion. I’ll do some more research, but looks like the only real risk in trying might be gas…nothing new here…
I do not remember where I read/heard it—maybe Vigilant Fox—but MDs make significant money from pharmaceutical vaccines and prescriptions. It is all so corrupt. 160 and pushing statins? Should be arrested as a drug dealer.
The CBC has long ceased being a news organization and is now a Bolshevik agitprop sewer. No one other than true believers, a segment of Boomers raised on the old CBC and the demented product of Canadian "journalism" schools like this Tucker thing, believe a word the CBC says.
Widdowson is a hero. In a sane, serious country she would be bestowed with honours and positions of authority in order to help bring a semblance of actual adult conversation to the Canadian body politic. Canada is not that nation.
"It is now disinformation to say that government plus indigenous people might not be correct, and an act of dangerous extremism to mention questions of evidence."...Well, there was an attempt - thankfully voted down - in both the Ontario and federal legislatures to make questioning this mass grave hoax an *actual crime* under the Criminal Code. If Trudeau was still Prime Minister, this might have happened. Carney at least gives the *semblance* of being not totally batshit, the new bar in Canadian politics.
She is doing what used to be considered the absolute minimum in a free society: standing one's ground against obvious untruth, whether peddled by powerful or less powerful people.
People do this in their daily lives all the time--were you not paying attention these past five years with "covid" and "tranny" and all that??--with far less backstopping than Widdowson has.
I'm not negating her actions--they have been solid--but to inflate it into heroism is ridiculous. What she exemplifies is the vacuum where other people haven't stood up and spoken out. What she exemplifies is how adults are SUPPOSED to act, but so few have. Leaving it to others. Calling them "heroes." Sitting back and letting the nonsense continue.
"Heroism" means going up against a large and brutal adversary. A twentysomething light-credentialled CBC stringer with sleeve tats and PrideGogs is just a useful idiot, and a very sad one at that. A young woman like that should be full of abundant and loving and hopeful energy rather than the poisonous resentments and confusion steeped into her by truly evil forces.
"Heroism" would be taking on the systems and institutions that have colonized and destroyed our young women.
I had quite enough of the medical coercion a couple years ago when they were making us sweat about our jobs if we didn’t get the stupid jab. I’ll be happy to run that up to the Supreme Court and they can kiss my ass
Oh boy are we doubling down on woke here! Elbows up brain dead morons. It’s a toxic stew emanating from the very foundation of Canadian identity
-not being American-
So we are going to double and triple down to show the big bad orange and his gang of knuckle dragging MAGA facists who we are. We even voted back in the utter failure of the liberal party of Canada after 10 years of failure. But they showed Trump! 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
What a bunch of idiots. Refusing to address the US' legitimate border concerns, intelligence leaks and drug flow, and instead refusing to negotiate with the Americans to best benefit Canadian citizens.
And electing another stuffed shirt liberal leader to govern this country.
Don't think wokeness is going away. The universities that Trump is now supposedly getting to change policy are just reassigning these people within with different named courses and sneaky ways for university entrance. They are spoiled brats off sucking their thumbs and will find ways to retaliate.
If "woke" is an 80/20 dog on most issues, 20% of the US market is still considerable. So you're probably right that it's not going away. But it's very popular, sporting, and entertaining to make fun of them now.
The tantrums will get louder, then a few will get (or attempt to get) violent…those will be ended forcefully, and then the question they’ll ask themselves will be…what now? Then it will be an existential dilemma centered on whether “my truth” is worth protecting at all costs. Some will take things to a poorly considered conclusion, but I suspect most will observe, determine that it’s actually not a hill worth dying on, and slink away into the twilight. At least, that’s my hope. If not, well, it’ll get spicy… but the numbers are on the side of the people without pronouns or purple hair. We’ll see.
Mr. Bray - that interview. Wowza. I think it caused me actual physical pain 😂. Good grief! Is this what a ‘journalist’ is these days?! What an amazing combination of stupidity, mean girl, hubris, ignorance, bias, control freakiness, manipulation (well, an awkward and inept attempt to do so anyway), incompetence…I could go on. Ms. Widdowson is to be congratulated on her incredible self-control during this inane and insulting farce of an interview. Thank goodness she finally spoke her mind at the end. Of course that ended it, as the ‘journalist’ takes constructive criticism so well.😛 What an ass. Good lord - do these people reproduce?
Defining truth in the epistomological sense of the term is as-of-know impossible, unless one either opts for circular definitions, or go the religious route.
That may seem like nitpicking but it's that difficult-to-impossibility that's part of the academical foundation of the post-truth mindset; which in turn led to the current "believe authority"-definition of [truth]; i.e. the secular version of the religious route.
It becomes iffy pretty quickly, is my point but choosing the "truth and belief is the same"-assumption as truth is trickery and intellectual retardation. Which one of the pillars of woke and all other kinds of fundamentalism.
That which can be tested and proven in public without secrecy, can be proven true or not, to a greater or lesser degree.
That which is kept proprietary and secret and only made available to priests/experts cannot be proven true and must be assumed is false/lies.
(Not touching the debate whether or not something being untrue is automatically a lie or not!)
Example:
Does such a thing a rocks exist? Yes.
Are they edible? No, unless you redefine "edible" to mean "able to put into mouth and swallow".
Do they taste good? Cannot be verified true or false; subjective.
---
I've used the above example on students friends and colleagues in academia, challenging anyone of the postmodern/woke bent thusly: "Then prove your words: eat it!"
So far, no takers.
Which circles back to the clip - only by challenging it can truth be found, defined and refined. Only someone tying a specific objective-criteria truth to their personality and self, will defend falsehoods since psychologically speaking what they really are protecting is their self since they project this self via their claimed truths.
If it's okay with mr Bray, I'd like to recommend prof. "Rudolph Rigger's" recent piece on "lived experience" on the Substack 'Riggery Pokery'. The prof. has a backgrpound in particle physics and is trying to understand this wokery pokery and gender hoo-ha as a hobby of sorts, is my understanding:
On September 12, 2024, City Councillors voted to approve the Union of British Columbia Indian Chiefs motion of "Rejection of Residential School Denialism" that refers to "the ardent dissemination of racist misinformation put forward by the authors of Grave Error – How the Media Misled Us and perpetuated by members of the public and elected officials". Frances Widdowson phoned into the meeting and asked councillors what the "racist misinformation" was. None could answer the question.
Thank you Chris for continuing to shine a light on what is going on in Canada. In the past week:
- Crown (government) seeking 7-8 years of prison for Freedom Convoy spokespeople Tamara Lich, and Chris Barber. The only charges that they were found guilty of was mischief.
- Popular American Christian performing artist Sean Feucht banned by 5 Canadian cities. In Montreal - his performance in a church was halted by demonstrators with Palestinian flags, who lobbed 2 smoke bombs into the church. And the church was fined $1500 for holding a Christian music concert without a permit.
- Freedom Convoy Defense lawyer Eva Chipiuk was de-banked by RBC for the crime of a recent purchase of bitcoin.
- Canada’s parliament of elected officials remains on shutdown while the Mark Carney Liberal government continues to govern in isolation and no democratic input.
- Aforementioned government today formally recognized the Hamas ruled state of Palestine.
- Still no trade deal with Canada’s main trading partner

Just like US journalism schools. It's nice to have international homogenization of propaganda outlets.
Wokism originates in the U.S.. Canada just copies and imports the culture wars that flows upstream.
The Soviets were dealing with the gender-benders and pronouns crowd until Stalin stopped them. Probably just gave a stern speech.
Many "intellectuals" from the Frankfort school fled when Hitler came to power. Unfortunately, we got our fair share and so did Canada.
If I only had a time machine.

It's just not possible to hate them.enough.
they aren't mutually exclusive with those other categories...probably a lot of the same people ; )
Somewhere around having teeth removed. Some people are masochists.

And that's assuming that they're correct that cholesterol has any effect on heart disease. Something that is not conclusively demonstrated.
Westin A Price foundation published an article in one of their quarterly publications a few years back - women who had “high cholesterol” lived longer than those with lower numbers. I am 62 and haven’t had mine checked since 2010 (work related requirement back then) I worry that mine is too low!
That has been shown in more than one study.
Just saw this article, haven't read it yet but liked the subtitle:

Just found this guy on Substack.

So true!

I haven’t had that issue🙂. I take a capsule form.

"Photographic negative"..... That's what I was trying to say about MSM reporting elsewhere under this post. Good metaphor.
Statins never prevented my husband's heart attacks, but they sure killed our sex life.
Breaks my heart. Trying to be ‘responsible’ and it kills us, and sucks the joy from life. A reckoning is coming. It must or we will perish.

My cholesterol is 160 and they still try to get me to take stating. A big no for me.

> Widdowson is a hero
Good lord. No.
The pussification of Amerikahhhh
And Canadaaaaaa
Oh boy are we doubling down on woke here! Elbows up brain dead morons. It’s a toxic stew emanating from the very foundation of Canadian identity
-not being American-
So we are going to double and triple down to show the big bad orange and his gang of knuckle dragging MAGA facists who we are. We even voted back in the utter failure of the liberal party of Canada after 10 years of failure. But they showed Trump! 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
I can't like this enough.
Elbows Up!!
What a bunch of idiots. Refusing to address the US' legitimate border concerns, intelligence leaks and drug flow, and instead refusing to negotiate with the Americans to best benefit Canadian citizens.
And electing another stuffed shirt liberal leader to govern this country.
Canada is doomed.
But no one caaaaaaaaares
Maybe Frances and Jordan should do a show together. Even better, have that Tucker chick in between them, uptalk and all.
I’d def watch that!
Blame Canada, eh?
Comfort them , rub their backs … give them all binkies and an extra room to work with play-doh.
Then back out of the padded cell gently and lock the door behind you.
Make sure there’s a warning on the Play-Doh.
Yeah - don’t eat it.
Don't think wokeness is going away. The universities that Trump is now supposedly getting to change policy are just reassigning these people within with different named courses and sneaky ways for university entrance. They are spoiled brats off sucking their thumbs and will find ways to retaliate.
No evil thing ever goes away. It might slink off for a bit, biding its time.
If "woke" is an 80/20 dog on most issues, 20% of the US market is still considerable. So you're probably right that it's not going away. But it's very popular, sporting, and entertaining to make fun of them now.
They keep repackaging the same shit. It’s still shit. Shit in a new package is still shit. They don’t realize they need to stop selling shit.
Personally I think we should be encouraging the First Nations to repatriate the remains. "Bring the children home," would be a good slogan.

"If it's okay with mr Bray..."
Of course!
Thank you, didn't want to presume - "your house, your rules" and all that.

Contributors to Grave Error Defamed (by Powell River City Council) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1NDLN-LRvc
- Orange man bad bad according to Canadian media.
Yup, that's about it.
Canada just continues to get worse and worse, with the government clearly not acting in the best interest of its citizens.
