We have learned so much in the past 8-9 years. We know that COVID came from a Chinese wet market when an anteater was licked by a bat. We know that ivermectin is just horse paste. We know that masks work. And that six feet between people on the x-axis, but not on the y- or z-axes will keep you from getting COVID, unless you are eating dinner in which case no social distancing invented by a high school science fair participant is needed. Vaccines are highly effective and risk free. Clearly Donald Trump is a Russian agent and he started WWIII and probably all the other wars in history. He also caused the train crash in East Palestine. Anybody who voted for him is a Nazi racist science denier who pretends that the sea levels won’t drown us by St. Patrick’s day. And obviously they deserve to be in prison and refused medical care and shunned by polite society, which is composed of virtuous, highly intelligent people, all of whom seem to get paid by China. Today we learned that Ukrainian Navy Seals blew up the Nordstream pipeline, because everybody knows the Ukrainian Navy is a force to be reckoned with, not to mention their advanced underwater technological capabilities. Of course, the Germans who relied on the pipeline for heat and industry can’t wait to give the nude musical comic genius their tanks and moral support. And we need to just give him a blank check because we just do.

Look, the government senior management lies and laughs in our faces all day long, every day. Now, all the good people in government are just waiting for the perfect time to spring into action, because the rank and file all love the country and are very concerned about the waste, fraud, genocide, and fiscal abuse everywhere they look, but just can’t seem to find the right moment to spill the beans, defend the Constitution and fulfill their civic obligations. Uh huh.

The government does not care what we think, if we live or die, are happy or unhappy. It matters not. The government is for .... the government. And you’re gonna pay for it. And the rest is not your concern. So pay your taxes and stay out of their hair, and maybe they won’t hurt you ( more), but probably they will, but that’s how it goes. Now, did you hear about how Donald Trump’s mean tweets about Mexico resulted in millions of pounds of fentanyl killing hundreds of thousands of Americans and causing millions of criminal immigrants to flood across the border? Yup. It was on TV.

The behavior around all of this is just...sketchy. It’s possible that the event was traumatic for all involved, but then the democrats built an entire platform off of it, so they literally can not allow the story to crumble. Say what you want about Tucker, he’s standing on his own out there, and I’m literally praying he survives it.

Democrats' smoke and mirrors was primarily to stop all election questioning it it's tracks because...the election was, in fact, stolen! 1) After 18 months in solitary confinement at the rotting DC gulag, I’m sure Chansley gladly signed whatever-the-hell document they placed before him. In that plea agreement, he relinquished any right to appeal his sentence.

That's correct. They tortured him until he signed their papers, and he agreed to waive his Constitutional right to appeal his sentence.

2) Chansley apparently has new, competent, un-TDS-deranged counsel now who says he wants to do right by Chansley. I will withhold judgment until the new attorney requests the exculpatory videos and actually appeals anydamnway.

3) Since Pelosi had her daughter and son-in-law at the Capitol that day recording a documentary about herself's fabulousness, where the hell is THAT footage?!?!

I am so outraged, disgusted and offended by the Uniparty's gloating over the systematic orchestration of entrapment, murder and grievous injury to the American patriots who were there on J6, I hope Mitch McConnell and his slimy Uniparty cohorts fall and break their collective necks while they are contorting to pat themselves on the back. And that includes Paul Ryan pulling the strings over at Fox News.

We are always one election away from communism—that one election happened in 2020, it was rigged, but it was just too much trouble to right the wrong according to the judges who would not look at signed affidavits which are counted as valid evidence. YYR-I know you are correct...I guess I shouldn't have said I never thought it could happen, but maybe just better expressed how awful I think it all is now. When I was younger I don't think I noticed things like I do now. Or maybe I just honestly (and pathetically) didn't care enough as long as things didn't change in my own little personal bubble. But, I just turned 50, just became a grandma for the first time, and watch the news like I never did before...and I'm finding myself constantly sick with worry. My husband is always telling me to just turn off the news because I only get upset, and there's nothing I can do about things anyway. I know he's technically right, but I just wish things could be better/different for this world we will be leaving behind for our kids and grandkids.

I've seen several takes that Pelosi's family hired him--the green energy supporting liberal actor (albeit former military) who had a penchant for being in the limelight. They loved him because HE would paint his face and become a caricature of the "crazed right-wing radical" trying to overthrow the establishment. They wanted "the actor" to become "the face" of CRAZY. So they catered to him. They encouraged him. They essentially fluffed him for the "Insurrection Porn" they had planned for weeks.

And THEN, they double-crossed him. After they got the video they wanted, he was DONE. (Sadly, in more ways than imaginable.) No matter your politics, this guy was used up and spit out. He was railroaded into a sentence without the the possibility of adequate defense. And the Uniparty still claims that was the "biggest threat to democracy since the Civil War."

It's time for a reckoning on Capitol Hill. And it pains me to say that this country is, apparently, too wussified to take itself back. "Go along to get along..." and all that bullshit.

Expand full comment

Up to the point he was arrested and charged, I had also seen photos and allegations that Chansley had been at Antifa rallies, in full regalia. Once he became the face of the insurrection, all that vanished.

That he was crossed by the left is certainly possible, assuming we are sure that he is in fact still jailed.

It is easier for the human mind to pin blame on an individual thing representing an abstraction such as a vaguely defined group.

So, Chansley gets to personify MAGA, Trump-supporters and anyone deemed "der Ewige Jude" by the Democrats.

Easy to remember and recognise, looks like a loony-tune, and strikes the perfect balance between laughable and sinister.

Best thing is, you never need to engineer such individuals or fake it; they turn up on their own accord. When they do, you focus on them and spin your story as you need to.

I think us europeans have an easier time recognising that kind of stuff; we're more experienced - even jaded in some nations - more cynical and less trusting of governement, and have been used to stunts like J6 for a century or so. You might want to look closer at certain periods here in Europe, or ask europeans about the techniques employed against you; don't forget the Soviets wrote the playbook on propaganda, secret police forces, and party-loyal grassroots movements and community leaders.

Oh, US meddling (by which I mean groups inside the US state/corporate apparatus, not the populace) in our domestic affairs is as old as WW2, it's expected.

Like this: Sweden flew spy missions against the USSR for the US in the early 1950s, in exchange for getting P-51s n the cheap. The US offers deals, and the deals always have barbs like that, plus threats. When Olof Palme called out US atrocities against the civilian population of Vietnam and the entire US operation there as an illegal invasion, all of a sudden swedish businesses started all sorts of problems doing business in the US.

Ask any european with a modicum of insight in politics/finance and over 50 years of age - it's all old hat to us.

Chris,

I’m loving your writings - BUT, you errored on 1 detail. He IS 100% INNOCENT. Can anyone produce him committing any crime? Flat out - NO!

Because there is no footage, I (and every reasonable person) must default to the fact that the door to the capitol was opened - then he was given a personal tour by capitol police.

Unless a video of him assaulting any individual or “breaking in” emerges from the ether - HE IS INNOCENT.

OK, but that's not the limit to trespass. If he was told that he must exit the building and did not do so by a direct route, that's trespassing - just like for anyone else on someone else's property - the "House of the People" is little more than a term of art. The general rule adopted by House and Senate is that non-members must secure a pass from a member of that chamber for access to the Visitors' Gallery - I went off on my own from a Capitol tour in 1973, tried to go in the Gallery, was denied entry, and informed of the official procedure. I went and got the passes, and on the way back from the House Office Building, just happened to walk in the room where the Watergate hearings were being held - no pass needed... and stayed for about 15 minutes, then went to both of the galleries - the hearing was by far more interesting. Permissive presence is not trespass, and escort by agents of Congress implies permissive presence.

Refusal to leave when requested - the termination of permission to remain - is trespass - and that's the same for any place not deemed a public place or forum.
