Last night I took care of a young cancer patient in a medical icu who was clearly poisoned by the chemo admin to her. “The pneumonia likely caused by the immunosuppressive effects of the chemo” told to me in report. Your heartbreaking example is overwhelming. But the more underwhelming ones are everywhere. System is so. fucking. rotten. Genuine deep blessings to you for your voice and courage on this full moon eclipse. I’m gonna lose my shit some shift soon I think. Don’t know how the nurses who cared for this precious being aren’t howling.

Thank you for reading, and thank you for telling us your experiences. Does the patient know the connection?

Expand full comment

She was intubated so I couldn’t ask her but I doubt it. Family didn’t seem to know. I didn’t read that connection in the chart anywhere of course. It was passed on from the previous nurse who had got it from the docs on rounds. Something is very creepy in the oncology world. It’s like they love to poison ppl. My mom fell for it. So many do. I recently tried to get an asymptomatic Covid pos patient to refuse remdesivir as tactfully as I could. She called her pharmacist friend and decided she wanted it. That’s the part so much justified anger doesn’t see. Some part of us begs for this shit. But kids, that’s a different realm.

Expand full comment

Yeah, like a pharmacist is on the front line learning the effects of remdesivir - a failed drug that Fauci repurposed with an 'off label' use. I don't think rotting in hell is good enough for them.

Asymptomatic covid "patient" wants Remdesvir! Oh, it's the early '20s.

an amputation due to cancer is a tragedy, maybe necessary to save a life, but still not a positive thing. i remember when healthy women were getting their breasts lobbed off because they had a gene that "might" someday lead to cancer. bet they felt betrayed when the "science evolved" and "they" finally admitted that very little of cancer is genetic.

right now my friend's wife (ovarian cancer) has been told that "the stomach acid, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea,... may be a persistent/fact/"symptom of the disease" from now on." it's caused by the chemo and then she gets to die.

i believe, and so does her husband, that any alternative treatment would have been better but she's an adult and she made her choice.

the kids getting their genitals lopped off aren't adults, don't have cancer and have been brainwashed by crazy people into believing that reality doesn't matter. what young person going through puberty doesn't hate their body for a year or so? rearranging body parts won't make it any better.

they might as well convince these children that they can ignore the reality of gravity and "fly" off the edge of a tall building. the end result is the same.

My mom just had double mastectomy and reconstruction yesterday. She is a Nurse Practitioner. She did not ask me and my nurse wife what we thought about it and would not look at our alternative information. It’s really depressing to think about sometimes what authorities can get people to believe and do by making them afraid. Even to the point of cutting off their own appendages.

I knew the chemo was killing my mom as she dutifully did whatever the onc docs told her. I'm sorry to say I couldn't transcend my anger at the time and she felt it. Such a difficult and complex situation. It's hard to realize just how insanely pathological our current system is and how deeply it has woven itself into our being.

Expand full comment

Had a similar battle with anger transcendence while my Mom was having the brain radiation that crippled her and landed her in "hospice" where her death was hastened. "Hospice" isn't that.

Hospicide

Expand full comment

Not all hospice. But I do understand the comment. It’s easy to see ourselves as victims yet our failure to discuss death with our loved ones does more harm than the system. We just can’t talk about uncomfortable things. And we fail to allow the human having the experience take full charge of their path (and often they fail to assert their wishes). It’s a big mess that we are ultimately all responsible for. We aren’t powerless.

Expand full comment

People don't understand that numbing the pain as much as possible, knowing that the methods of doing so will inevitably lead to respiratory depression and death, is a choice. Hospice is this wacky thing by which cancer patients could get serious opioids at home, paid for by insurance, instead of in the hospital, and now basically anyone who's old and annoying is sort of shoved in that direction. After age 27, we're all "dying," right? and anyone who has ever played even backyard volleyball knows that living with the minimum possible amount of pain is not what everyone chooses, and not necessarily the way to maximize your personal utility (which can include spiritual things, real conversations with family, etc.). I could go on and on. The cancer diagnosis -> massive chemo -> serious illness -> escalating, on-demand dosing with central nervous system depressants... Ugh. There's a difference between "I don't want every possible invasive/chemical intervention" and "drug me into a stupor and wait until I die." Unfortunately, the latter is the thing for which hospital systems can bill (endlessly), so that's what happens if you don't go for every last therapeutic drug/surgery.

I’m not going to defend the surgeons in this case. If they did this surgery at 18, then it’s likely that all the medications and therapy encouraging preceding this started a few years earlier. There are all sorts of issues here, most of them obvious, some not so clear to the layperson. I will say that at the level of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and in the flagship journal of our specialty, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, there is zero debate at all on the moral and ethical issues surrounding doing this type of surgery on kids or adults. Technically, just because you can to something doesn’t mean you should do something. That’s what’s called surgical judgment. And complications do happen. Big surgery means more serious risks. No procedure is free of risk. Even prescribing an aspirin can kill somebody. I will also say that there is a lot of money on the table for these types of procedures and hospitals/ healthcare systems and many doctors are mostly concerned with making money above everything else. You don’t know how bad it makes me feel to say that. It’s shameful and demoralizing. There are many good people in healthcare, but they aren’t the ghouls running the show. We saw this on display every day during the COVID debacle. But this situation is identical to every other area affected by this woke BS. Everybody involved is bought off. Everybody. The Chinese, the woke billionaires,

The Federal government, the drug companies, the doctors, the professors, the media, the fact chokers, the astroturf activists and trolls, the celebrities, the big corporations taking woke stands. They’re all getting paid. There may be no atheists in foxholes. There are no unpaid atheists in the upper echelons of the woke faux Marxist hierarchy. In some ways though as gruesome as this seems, it’s no more gruesome than the abortion industry or the war industry or

The child trafficking industry with our open borders. The country is run by bad people, an upper echelon criminal class. There’s no easy solution. But whatever solution emerges will not come from the inside. And the problem at the grass roots level is that a large percentage of the citizenry is either brainwashed or tuned out.

We have to keep telling the truth.

The surgeon alone is gonna be >100K not counting other costs. Maybe you get a big discount if you have your Act Blue donor card.

And one of the presumptions of the "trans care is cheap" articles is that no other medical conditions ever arise from all of this. There are no complications, no health issues, from a lifetime of hormone therapy. The total picture -- surgery, post-surgical care, hormones, and decades of side effects -- never quite comes into focus.

Everything we do has a risk of complications, including giving people pills. As you know, this isn’t about health or happiness, but an evil plot with accompanying propaganda using mentally ill, vulnerable teens (because who is more emotionally vulnerable than a teen?) to destabilize society. Excellent, Tanto. The couple of doctors I talk to a few times a year are absolutely crushed by the destruction to their professional reputations as real, dedicated care givers by all of the government malfeasance that they have suffered over the covid hoax. They feel their credibility has taken a severe beating even if they didn't advocate for any of this BS. I mean they are seriously hurt and I don't blame them a bit. They either had to play along and 'follow the line' - and at the very least they were forced to remain silent sometimes to certain lines of questioning, etc. or else risk their career. Most are not in positions to just call it good and WALK away - they still have families and too much at stake. But the pain they are going through in trying to suck it all up is

just clearly obvious. I don't blame them of course, I blame the maniacs in charge up top.

David -

You forgot the part about how it took regular people 30 years to start speaking up about this type nonsense.

Which is exactly why c19 proto-totalitarianism was so easily implemented.

So the question is who among us here would have the cojones to say (for example) what you just said when (for example) at lunch with colleagues? The vast majority of people don't think mutilating children is acceptable.

Why do these people not say anything? For a lot of reasons; in this case, it's because you'd almost certainly jeopardize your career if a benign statement like that was associated with transamania. At the very least; the "process" is the penalty to speak of such verboten topics.

Why would the obvious be verboten?

Wokefication has ascended, exponentially, primarily due to 30 years of tacit assent, self-censorship and apathy. A positive exponent is simply "repeated multiplication of the base". So, just like bacterium or the classic tech "adoption" curve (e.g., black/white TV's to color TV's), every time we fail to speak out, we allow the "penalty" for non-conformity to exponentially increase and for the curve to become "calcified" in one direction. And just like bacterium, the "body" of acceptable language and public discourse is "infected" by the few zealots that approve of this nonsense - which of course, are the very same people who patrol and penalize unacceptable speech/dialogue. They're emboldened, in a progressive fashion, to distribute penalty to the point of plateau. When do we plateau? I don't know, but I can tell you this; for every time we fail to dissent the plateau becomes more relacitrant to change.

The only remedy to this infection is to stop self-censoring and to speak out.

The cure is readily available. Will it be administered?

WE must help the masses to feel comfortable with open aggreance of the dissenters or to dissent themselves.

There is always a "price" to be paid with dissension.

Who's paying for lunch?

Just an aside: That classroom picture…reminded me of how govt officials had us first graders do nuclear bomb air raid drills in which we sat in the hallway with our heads tucked between knees. The idiocy of “have-them-do-something” public policy springs eternal.

As for the meat of your article — it is a war of words. When someone tries “to euphemism” us (a new infinitive verb!), it is time to respond with clarity: Affirming? oh, you mean STERILIZING. Children.

Still, the lesson of Travistock is that this ends with lawsuits not the enlightenment of surgeons. They don’t care about kids — they care about money and being part of the herd.

If you can't kill a child in the womb, next best thing is to kill him (or at least permanently mutilate him or her) in childhood.

All of this sadistic ideology is part of a greater whole culture that has infested white countries and is particularly beloved by uni educated women.

Nowadays you can only get your precious status as a good, smart person by supporting mutilating kids, burning down cities and trying to start WW3.

Tom Wolfe said that the New Left was the third great religious awakening in the history of the US. No heresy is allowed and there don't seem to be any brakes on this train. Kids are even more brainwashed (even in solid red states) than their parents so it will likely only get worse.
