It is funny: the dominant talk from Bulwark-type pundits seems to have been that Trump was leading the GOP into a permanent wilderness, and McConnell, Ryan, McCain, etc., knew it but were unable to save the party from itself.

But looking at it now, isn't it more like Obama was leading the Democrats into the wilderness?

Exactly.

To be fair, the Bulwark (apex) social parasites had spent years/decades perfecting their blood and puss sucking methods publishing justifications for the crimes of the Deep State and the neocon war machine. Pivoting away from that quickly would have been a monumental demonstration of the human capacity to transcend corruption and evil.

More brilliant analysis. The smugness of those people belongs in a Molière comedy, and now even CNN's Van Jones (who actually gets points for bravely "facing up to defeat") can't see beyond the podcasts and other alternative media that Trump used and Harris didn't.

As difficult as it is for normal people like us to understand, a lot of this apparent insanity is about the money. For instance, they don't call the Frankenstein-like surgical mutilation of CHILDREN and the mentally ill "The Transgender Industrial Complex" for nothing. This stuff is extremely lucrative. The hormones, the surgery, the medical care for life; there's A LOT, A LOT, A LOT of money in it for those who can manage to push themselves past the horrors.

Expand full comment

Why couldn't they have restricted themselves to the entirely legal, and profitable, field of cosmetic surgery?

Expand full comment

You're absolutely right to ask that question; I've asked it myself upon hearing the "follow the money" cliche.

Maybe because in addition to the "good money," these "health workers" are also evil subhumans who get a major buzz from torturing children (and others) when they themselves know they deserve to be criminally prosecuted? And that many who do this are themselves "transgender" and their heart's desire is to add more freaks to the club? That they are also people who really enjoy undermining civilized society? Also there's this: No private practice or enterprise can compete with the gushing faucet of government money we have been seeing here ---- as opposed to maybe not getting paid by one's plastic surgery patient or a patient's insurance company from legitimate surgery?

Pointing out this stuff is a big money-maker is only to say that the transgender horror show is not just about ideology, nor is it merely a matter of "gender-affirmation" or a defense of "transgender rights." As you know...

Here is some esoteric memetic analysis of the social media attention problem from back in the day, after the 2016 election.

excerpt:

In the context of the Communications Infrastructure, the goal of the insurgent Red Religion CI was to achieve the election of Donald Trump by amplifying supportive messages, memes and signal while running interference and amplifying noise on Hillary messaging. The incentive for participation was the glory of receiving attention. Different tasks had different structures: creation and idea generation was distributed with distant edges; not even demonstrated allegiance was necessary; deciding which messages were amplified was carried out in a decentralised way, working through a hierarchy of those who command more attention.

[Jordan Hall's situational reports: the concept of the failing Blue Church and memetics]

---

excerpt:

... the Blue Church is a kind of narrative / ideology control structure that is a natural result of mass media. It is an evolved (rather than designed) function that has come over the past half-century to be deeply connected with the Democratic political “Establishment” and lightly connected with the “Deep State” to form an effective political and dominant cultural force in the United States.

We can trace its roots at least as far back as the beginning of the 20th Century where it emerged in response to the new capabilities of mass media for social control. By mid-century it began to play an increasingly meaningful role in forming and shaping American culture-producing institutions; became pervasive through the last half of the 20th and seems to have peaked in its influence somewhere in the first decade of the 21st Century.

It is now beginning to unravel.

In part it is unravelling because of developing schisms within its master narrative, the Blue Faith. These are important, but they are not the subject of this essay. In this essay, I am focusing on what I think is both much more fundamental and much less obvious: deep shifts in technology and society that are undermining the very foundations of the Church. Shifts that render the Church itself obsolete.

I had a mindless troll/bot in some Bulwark (Bullsch1dt) comment section ask for “proof” that the Biden Crime Family had actually committed a crime. I cited several sources documenting Biden’s attempts at destroying free speech, such as 5he #twitterfiles .

The response from the mindless Bulwark troll/bot: no crime happened unless there was a “conviction”.

The troll also regaled with the bit of wisdom that the Burisma scandal (which the troll had not noticed previously) and Hunter’s laptop didn’t expose anything criminal.

Bulwark is obviously a corrupt front for extremely stupid, sociopathic, war mongering neocons that can’t stand populism.

They are, with the elite-left woke cargo cult, the last, pathetic remnant of the medieval intellectual elites that preferred the peasants to remain poor, starving, illiterate and diseased to preserve their “earthy” spiritual purity and that loathed the impure, “crass commercialism” of the expanding, literate urban commoner classes (bourgeoisie, middle class merchants, shopkeepers, scribes, etc.)

“…no crime happened unless there was a “conviction”. “

Lately, that statement always seems to come in reference to Trump‘s “34 felonies”. The irony is that the very people who are citing Trump‘s conviction as a “automatic truth“ are the same people who have alleged, for decades, that the criminal justice system falsely convicts minorities as a matter of routine. So, if one “class of persons“ is routinely wrongly convicted because of lawfare, how can it be beyond their imagination that someone else might also be the victim of unjust convictions?

The DEI/woke cargo cult zombies are mentally dysfunctional* lunatics that are incapable of rationally processing or comprehending objective facts or logic that contradicts their toxic confirmation biases and emotive-subjective hate/victim narratives. They are led by corrupt people that gain money and/or power and status from perpetuating the insanity.

There is a whole body of commentary related to evolutionary psychology and systems theory that explains how such social parasites flourish in a disintegrating societies when their "sense making" capacities lack anti-fragility to disruption.

See John Vervaeke and Iain McGilchrist for starters.

The conclusion is that further cultural evolution is required to build anti-fragility to disruption. (Jim Rutt of Santa Fe Institute ran an experiment called Game-B that was a successful proof of concept.)

Why radicals can’t recognize when they’re wrong

Key Takeaways

Not only does everyone have personal experience with how difficult it can be to change people's minds, but there's also empirical research showing why this is the case. A new study in Current Biology explains why some people seem to be constitutionally incapable of admitting they're wrong. The study shows the underlying mechanism behind being bull-headed, and there may be some ways to get better at recognizing when you're wrong.

...

cont. excerpts

New research published in Current Biology on December 18, 2018, confirms this feeling: people with radical beliefs actually think differently than those without. Specifically, radicals have less metacognitive sensitivity than moderates.

Metacognition refers to the ability to be aware of and analyze one’s own thinking. Metacognitive sensitivity is similar, but more specific: it refers to the ability to distinguish between one’s correct and incorrect judgements. The new paper, titled “Metacognitive Failure as a Feature of Holding Radical Beliefs,” shows that radicals have measurably less metacognitive sensitivity than moderates.
