All the state and federal charges against “ former”- (2020 election had zero ballot audits) President Trump are fraudulent. Being fraudulent they are abusing their power creating false charges which needs to be a serious crime for both prosecutors and judges.
Jack Smith brought this so-called criminal case against Trump solely for political purposes. It has nothing to do with enforcing our laws, something the DOJ has no interest in unless it involves Biden’s political opponents. Because it’s a political case, it only makes sense that it is governed by the political calendar. Furthermore, criminal defendants have rights. Political defendants do not.
Watching on TikTok all the elites dancing into Don Lemom’s “ wedding,” I thought these guests were the people destroying our democracy. Not the Donald or the MAGAs, but these Illuminati. Never such a bunch of hypocritical haters of regular working people assembled in one venue.

Why not look at the news/substack ... so I can again be reminded of the absolute shitshow our nation, our institutions, our standards have become.

When I read about a Harry Pittman, or this judge in DC--really anything about anyone famous: media, Hollywood, politician, political analyst, former Intelligence Community (of which I used to belong) people, FEDs---and that is in juxtaposition with my former beliefs about our country--it nearly breaks me every time. Still. I'm not over it.
One example: Scott Galloway. Has a podcast. Pretty smart dude. I listened to a few of his podcasts prior to COVID. Not bad. Bright.
Then he goes on Bill Maher show and asks for forgiveness about locking people down, dumbing the kids, masks, vaccine mandates--this jackass was one of the typical leftist elites (I know better than you tobacco chewing retard, just do as I say) who is partially responsible for millions of stupid kids, vaccine injuries, and Biden in the WH. FORGIVENESS?!??!?!?! AFTER WE CUT OFF YOUR THUMBS.
I practiced law for 25 years in local, state, and Federal courts. I saw Complex cases, and in particular cases of ‘first impression’ (which is certainly the case here) take 5 years or longer to just get to trial. The TDS crowd cares nothing about the law, or ethics, or legal decorum. There is a result they desperately need, and they will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
