If you are old and infirm/frail, something is going to take you out. We all eventually exit stage left- planets, stars, the universe, humans.

Coronavirus of the original Wuhan PLA bioengineered variety was a bad disease, not a trivial illness. Subsequently it mutated into a less virulent strain(s), and as is the penchant of coronaviruses, continues to do so rapidly. In fact, it mutates so rapidly that it is impossible to create an effective durable vaccine against it with existing technology. The problems with the products that were forced upon us is that they a) are not vaccines, they’re gene “therapy”, b) they don’t protect against infection or transmission, c) they are outdated, d) they are highly toxic, particularly upon repetitive exposure, with incremental toxicity likely with each additional exposure. The spike protein toxicity can be immediate or delayed. immediate injury related to spike protein interaction with platelets, endothelium, myocardium, and neurons include blood clots=thromboembolic phenomenona, myocardial injury causing myocarditis, cerebral injury manifest as strokes, memory and cognitive impairment, and movement disorders. Additionally other components of the “vaccines” may be toxic including contaminants like high levels of DNA, graphene, liposomal delivery particles, and other unidentified stuff that the manufacturers will not disclose. These problems are above and beyond the acute pulmonary injury, cytokine storm and multi system organ failure that can occur from the actual COVID disease.

Long term well documented injuries include miscarriages, increased malignancies, sudden death, infertility, immune system failures ( forms of acquired immunodeficiency) and other as yet undetermined maladies. Sudden death is not surprising in light of the fact that myocarditis is rarely mild, has a 20 % acute mortality, 50% five year mortality and can take you out fast with an arrhythmia or slowly with congestive heart failure. Additionally despite all the lies, we now know that the mRNA can get reverse transcripted into DNA in the cell nucleus and so long term we ain’t seen nothing yet.

In relation to prior vaccines, we have never had/left on the market products which had the kind of reported mortality and morbidity of the mRNA shots - some 20,000 deaths and a million complications jn the FDA VAERs database , which traditionally vastly underreports adverse reactions. They pushed products without informed consent, with doctored, incomplete safety data and inadequate follow up, and they got very rich doing it- including US government officials.

Still the USG lies about the “vaccines” and continues to try and force them upon healthy people, especially young healthy people with virtually no risk of dying of the current strains of COVID. They will never admit guilt. They are criminals against humanity. This is one of the greatest violent crimes of all time. And there is currently no clear path to justice for the victims and their families. COVID and the vaccines are

bio weapons. Nothing we were told about this pandemic for several years by the health authorities and the intelligence agencies was true. Now when the truth is emerging they are deflecting their complicity in a massive crime. Don’t let them. One way or the other they must be held accountable.

What an excellent summation, Tanto!

If criminality or fraud on the part of the manufacturers can be proven, then the liability shield goes away, from what I understand.

Expand full comment

Yes, but the drug companies have successfully argued that it isn't fraud because the FDA knew that it was a lie and didn't care. Law and Logic are of no use when the judiciary is part of the gang.

Outstanding... you nailed it in a very concise manner and this I applaud and appreciate!

It is still very odd that the virus has not been isolated. Illness there did seem to be, but from what? Also the influenza figures were anomalous - Flu suddenly vanished. Pre vaccines and also post vaccines, many questions remain.

The response by the feds is demonstrably false. The BLA (approval) for "Comirnaty" (which, I know, was never made or sold in the US, but FDA pretends it's the same thing as BNT162b2), issued August 23, 2021, says, "Under this license, you are authorized to manufacture the product, COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA, which is indicated for active immunization to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 16 years of age and older." PREVENT CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019. Is FDA (in its response to CAALM) splitting hairs and saying, Well, it prevents the *disease* (read: symptoms), but not the *infection*? Even if FDA is saying that, none of the shots prevent the disease (raise your hand if you have a friend who got many shots and still got physically ill from corona), so CAALM is still right. More to the point, NO CLINICAL TRIAL EVIDENCE HAS EVER BEEN SUBMITTED RE: THE CLAIMS OF PROTECTING AGAINST

"SEVERE DISEASE" OR DEATH. That's a claim made by John Wherry of UPenn and repeated many times by his colleague Paul Offit, but it was *never* a clinical trial endpoint, and has only been shown (to the extent you believe it) with "real-world evidence." Forget entirely about what any government official said to the press or at any other time. The only thing that matters is what's actually in the legal document, which is the BLA.

And this bit from FDA is also a lie: "It is important to note that FDA’s authorization and licensure standards for vaccines do not require demonstration of the prevention of infection or transmission. A vaccine can meet the licensure standard if the vaccine’s benefits of protecting against disease outweigh the vaccine’s risks for the licensed use." No. The standard of *evidence* for EUA is "known and potential benefits outweigh known and potential risks"; the standard for **LICENSURE** (BLA) is "safe and effective."

So is FDA's argument that you'll still probably get sick (physically ill, symptomatic, etc.) from corona, no matter how many shots you get, but you're slightly more likely to get physically ill from corona if you don't get any shots? Because that is one weak-*ss standard for licensure.

Expand full comment

Heck, raise your hand if you have a friend who became physically ill from the shot shortly after injection and also became physically ill from coronavirus symptoms.

Nothing like taking a shot to prevent an illness that usually lasts a week only to have every joint in your body on fire for two months only to then contract the illness and be sick for a week.

It's also a bit comical in retrospect to read mainstream media's attempts to squash any doubt that Fauci ever admitted/inferred the vaccines did not actually "prevent" infection. This lengthy "fact check" from USA Today in November 2021 highlights the extremes they used to cover it up: https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2021/11/18/fact-check-fauci-supports-covid-19-vaccines-and-booster-shots/8636827002/

If you don't want to read the whole thing, at LEAST go to the bottom and scan the "sources" for their "fact check." It's a Who's Who of biased sources, primarily CDC publications. But be sure to read the very last disclaimer in the published attempt to "correct" the truth:

"Thank you for supporting our journalism...Our fact-check work is supported in part by a grant from Facebook."

Hmmm...Facebook. The proven protectors of "truth" still using their own opinion of "facts" to shut out deniers.

I expect the mainstream media (who received bags of cash from the feds) to lie. I expect Fauci to lie. What is surprising in the PDF response from Marks, who is actually head of CBER, is that he lied so blatantly about legal documents. Is this type of BS actionable? Could, for example, an insurance company sue FDA for its BS once the taxpayer stops buying the shots and Cigna et al start? Could an employer that sponsors a health insurance plan sue FDA? (the argument being that Employer X pays his share of Cigna's premiums b/c he doesn't want his employees to miss work, and this covered product does f***-all to prevent that)

You only hedge your lies when you don't expect everything to come crashing down in the near future. Yinz guys need to pay more attention to the financial system and less to what we all lived thru. I'm not saying to forget, use this knowledge towards future problems, but understand that what we live in today is like a modern hollywood movies, you move on before having to explain plot holes.

It's not (for me) about "what we lived through," but about the rules the feds are setting up for the future. In the past three years, the feds have set up (1) permanent lower bar for distribution of drugs, (2) Medicaid coverage of all vaccines and "medication-assisted treatment" of addiction, and (3) special funds for vaccine coverage for uninsured adults (who shouldn't exist, right, because of Obamacare? hahahahaha). That's a permanent, massive pipeline. The mifepristone thing is interesting, because someone (the Texas judge) has now said out loud in a legal document that FDA approval might not mean jack. How many Supreme Court justices are on the take, I wonder? because that will determine whether item (1) above stands, in which case we'll all be writing checks to pharma for utter BS products forever. Quantitative easing and digital currency are two other, very interesting items, but the three things I've cited above are far from a sideshow. They're going to suck up a huge percentage of Americans' income for the rest of our natural lives.

Expand full comment

Re: item (2), I meant to focus on the US prison population, which has been a specific focus of recent federal rule changes and rule re-interpretations. It's a massive, captive population that is now a cash cow for pharma. Who will pay? Oh, that's right: us.

TOB - excellent point! We might further suggest that Any employer who made choices to hire / advance vaxxed employees over unvaxxed did so with the explicit expectation that said employee would: A. Not get sick ; B. Not spread it to clients, thereby reducing the costs associated with that Eg sick pay or lost clients. Based on what’s Actually happening: vaxxed folks get sick More and most definitely spread it around, employers must be feeling the hit financially. I wonder if they’re mad about being lied to??

The problem is, they were true believers, too. The overwhelming majority of employees are vaxed.

Yes. Definitely. And now they’re taking a financial hit because of it. Possibly a big one in terms of increased sick day payouts and disability claims. I’m wondering if these small / medium sized companies have recourse to sue government agencies for misleading consumers.

My fear is that some vague concept of "less likely to die" (as demonstrated by cherry-picked and fraudulent data) is going to be the new bar. Marks basically says that FDA is no longer approving medicines based on effectiveness in his response to CAALM, and the new RSV shots are no longer talking about preventing you from catching RSV, just preventing "severe disease and death." Broadly speaking, governments have sovereign immunity, and can't be sued, but it does seem that some sort of action ought to be possible against an agency for basically lying, and then doubling down on the lie, at massive public expense.

Dr. Keiran Moore, Chief Medical Officer in Ontario, Canada recently employed a similar strategy suggesting in an online forum that the Province never had a vaccine mandate per se, rather, they had expected employers to offer alternatives to those who were unable or unwilling to be vaccinated.

After my Dr. told me the booster was only good for 3 weeks…or was it 3 months, I decided all of the shots

were basically useless. Maybe downgrade the virus…but probs not. After buying 500 paper masks,

I realized how stupid it was. Why not use paper towel or better yet a sheet of toilet paper. Just for

looks mind you so I could grocery shop. In the beginning nobody knew anything. But quickly you got the sense it was some sort of cult thing. What a miserable time it was. The unfortunate result is I will never believe our healthcare system again. I love my Dr. but she swallowed the made up message.

Yet another travesty brought to by our Government.

It's unfortunate that the time of Orange Man and Heart Attack Jabs has forced the political to blend with the personal, when prior to that one was able to separate the two. I've lost plenty of friends and grown distant with various family members over my stance on the Heart Attack Jab. I suspect this blend of the personal and political will continue forever, as it was only separated for a brief historical period when America was so prosperous.

I want to “rage weep” when I think about how they treated us. Especially CNN, celebs, late night “comedy” hosts and the dumb broads on The View. They MADE it way worse - THEY divided us. I don’t understand the point of this article. Biden, Fauci and Walensky, et.al. decided that everyone should take the shots and to blame anyone who didn’t do so for the continuation of the pandemic. It’s not our place to question them. They had their reasons and that’s all that’s important. If, tomorrow, they decide that no one should take the shots then we should simply comply. That’s how democracy works.
