Mr. President,

I'm waiting at the cash register, so please call soon.

Chris

I'm so glad you understand a central belief of the Biden administration--and those on the left generally:

GOVERNMENT IS MAGIC!

Mr. President, Ammo prices are too high.

Please reduce them.

DO IT NOW!

Listen buddy, you're gonna need an F-15 or something.

Gas is too high.

I read once that on full AB, the F-15 will run its internal tanks dry in 9 minutes!

That is why they developed the "F.A.S.T." packs.

Who needs an F15 when you can use the internet to download a copy of the Anarchist Cookbook, which has a recipe to build your own Nookyuler bomb? Let them try me. Hopefully it’s soon because my hair is falling out and I keep getting blisters on my skin.

After that fun outburst on Monday, Biden on Tuesday engaged in a bit of ’90s-vintage flim-flam: "Biden Says Social Security Is on ‘Chopping Block’ if Republicans Win Congress." He's referring to a legislative gambit by Senator Rick Scott that would "sunset" Social Security and Medicare if Congress does not vote to extend them. The rationale (gimmick), I gather, is that it would force lawmakers to go on record supporting programs that are headed for insolvency without substantial reforms. Even Mitch McConnell says Scott's scheme is a nonstarter. But even if such a bill were to pass, somebody would remind Biden to veto it. It's all so much yakety-yak.

Film-flam is an underused phrase in today’s society! Gonna do my best to get that one back into circulation. 🤪

You are doing God's work. "Flim-flam" is a beautiful thing.

The Dems are using Rick Scott's gambit against the GOP candidate, John Gibbs, here in US MI-Congressional District 3 saying that, if elected, Gibbs would "gut" social security. What a complete crock. Unfortunately, the uniformed may be easily swayed by ads like this. Parenthetically, Gibbs primaried Peter Meijer over here. Meijer's true colors (RINO, TDS-driven) were exposed during the primary campaign; however, redistricting gave the Dems a +3 advantage so this should be an important race to watch. Also parenthetically, Gibbs's opponent, Hillary Scholten, is a complete twit.

“Unfortunately, the uniformed may be easily swayed by ads like this.” This is key. Every one of us must adopt a member of the “uniformed” and inform them. Problem is where to start...

Expand full comment

I’ve stopped informing the uninformed of anything except how much of complete idiots they are. It’s much less trying on my tolerance skills.

This comment sort of turned into a little RANT, lol, and I was responding to your comment, but also just generally. ^_^

They'll probably be FORCED to abandon all forms of citizen robbery relatively soon, since the fiat system of "money" is crashing and beginning to smolder... We're in for a flattening like this country has NEVER SEEN. May the Great Spirit have mercy on the vulnerable...

And all the people like me who are approaching, but not yet receiving, the age that we can be repaid a smidge of our wage theft known as "social security," which amounts to poverty for anyone who didn't also take matters into their own hands, IF they had the wherewithal to do so, and with more of their own money back their own retirement because of the thievery that is part and parcel of the US Govt...

And all that money, that illegal tax on our income, illegally taken directly from our paychecks, an attack on our financial well-bing and Constitutional Rights, having NEVER BEEN RATIFIED, over decades of work, and then pilfered without even a "by your leave," as these thieves laugh at us and those who come before us, living in dire poverty in our old age... What of all that deducted wages WE EARNED that was STOLEN from us, and then we don't even get the piddly little "security" promised for our "golden years"?

Say you want a revolution, well, you'll get one, hucksters and fucksters of the US Gov.

What's the solution?

Stop these gd globbies, put them on trial for Crimes Against Humanity (ie, "Covid"), and when found guilty, which they themselves have declared already, and unburden them of all that wealth they have STOLEN from the rest of us, and use it to help the People. (And take back our farmlands and the rest of the Commons, too, and keep it PUBLICLY OWNED forever more.)

That and inflation is theft...theft of the worst kind.

Check out my post from today called "Damn!" It's just a re-woofing of someone else's post about fiat currency and such... Very well done. Cheers.

Our president is one of the most self-absorbed, corrupt, dictatorial politicians of our time and before our eyes he has become nothing more than a petulant child with all of the qualities I've already mentioned. If he would have done a foot stomp with his "Do It Now" rant we could of sent him to his room with no ice cream for dessert.

I was looking for a different words to use in my comment and I came across a word I had never heard of before that seems to sum it all up. The word is "Kakistocracy" and the definition is:

government by the worst people.

We are truly doomed as a society if we don't demand the best from the people who in theory work for us. What can I say I'm a pie in the sky idealist.

Translation: Dear owner of the gas station on the corner, I realize you're barely making a middle-class income (or not even), but your family needs to go without food and not pay their mortgage, and have their business closed down or snapped up by a large chain so Mr. Biden can save his party from a walloping in November.

The trick is in the wording. I emphatically say "Do it now!" for everything. It's remarkable how my life has changed. Guy breaking into my car: "Hey, buddy, stop that. Do it now!" He apologizes and walks away. "I want two paychecks instead of one! Do it now!" Doubled my pay instantly. "Ice last longer in my drink! Do it now!" Bam! Cold drinks all day long. Being me rules.

At the heart of most Democratic Party policies is the expectation that people will act against their own interests to benefit the collective. Of course everyone is happy to pay more for less health insurance coverage because ObamaCare is so great. I didn't get to keep the coverage I liked, and I have to pay more to see an out-of-network specialist now, but it's OK because I'm glad to help employ armies of bureaucrats to process forms and collect data if it provides better access and improves care for someone else.... not.
