It’s a cull.
In Washington this month, the state senate has begun to debate SB 5599, introduced by Senator Marko Liias, which would allow shelters and host homes to provide housing for minors who are seeking gender-affirming medical services — and would allow them to do so without telling the parents of those minors where they are.
A conservative talk radio station provides a clearer and more factual summary of the bill than other news sources, correctly noting that the proposal incentivizes runaways and broken homes. The full text of the bill is here; a more recent version with modest amendments made in committee is available here, and requires a host home to obtain parental permission “unless there is a compelling reason to not contact the parent or guardian.” But don’t worry, because homes sheltering transgendered runaways will have to tell the state government where they are once a year:
Back to this bill in a moment, but here’s a piece of ideological context: As South Dakota turns the other way, banning “gender-affirming” surgery and hormone treatment for children, a progressive legislator in that state expresses horror at the implications of the debate over family and gender policy:
Families? With a mom and a dad? What the hell is wrong with you!?!? It’s dangerous, obviously. Weirdly, Rep. Erin Healy is a dangerous and repulsive breeder herself, raising children with something that looks a lot like a husband, but she just thinks it’s appalling to argue that other people’s children should have that. Healy is also an employee of Sanford Health, the major corporate provider of gender-affirming medical care in South Dakota, which has lobbied against the state’s ban. You have to admire the efficiency of this model, as South Dakota takes two identities and gets ‘em done in the body of one person, combining the corporate lobbyist and the legislator.
This is how a bill like SB 5599 gets written, introduced, and seriously debated: the emergence of anti-family ideology and the belief that it’s dangerous to prefer families with “a married mom and dad.” What are you, a domestic terrorist? The safest place for a child is in an unhoused pansexual vegan rotating throuple, obviously. Tweens need a place where they can borrow sex toys, Nazi!
As goes Washington, and as goes Erin Healy’s ideal mental-image South Dakota, so goes California.
The thread linking all of this legislative fantasy is a desire to move beyond family and into a world of institutions, where children have the good fortune to be nurtured as wards of the state. As much as it looks like sexual grooming, moving children away from their disgusting and dangerous trad-gendered parents and into the supervisory haze of annual host home reports to state agencies, the interesting dynamic is the growing sexlessness of gender-focused youth. I’ve written about this before….
…. so I won’t repeat the argument, but I’ll just note again that the world in which Scott Wiener boasts that 12 year-olds can get parent-free abortions and medical treatment for their intimate partner violence is an increasingly sexless and joyless world.
The legislative fantasy of a post-family society is a fantasy of legislative parenting. It makes Scott Wiener and Erin Healy and Marko Liias your mommy. It’s not about rights; it’s about power and dependency, and the institutionalization of human existence.
When you see these arguments against family and for the state, and the bills that manifest those arguments, look at the legislators. See where they come from. Marko Liias is the perfect model of the type: degrees in government and politics, career in government and politics, little to no experience in anything else. They graduate from college and start running for office, with a salary in the helping professions to cover the bills until they make it to a full-time legislative position. Their world is the state; they live in full and persistent alignment with government, only and forever. “Regardless of what business or profession they are in, their road up included government channels and government money because, as government has grown, its boundary with the rest of American life has become indistinct….Hence whether formally in government, out of it, or halfway, America’s ruling class speaks the language and has the tastes, habits, and tools of bureaucrats.”
It’s their vision for your family, and it’s a prison. But don’t worry — they won’t tell your parents.
If you're a pedophile, gay or straight, you want to into teaching, coaching, the clergy, healthcare, or politics. This way, you can access children surreptitiously. The last one of the list I think is the worst because these people write the laws and can enforce them with the previous groups.
This is what happens when people with no faith or moral values gain control of society. Thank you for sharing this and the other cases you identify, so we can fight. I would bet a large part of the population there has no idea what is coming.

On the other hand, Nicola Sturgeon has been forced to resign as Scotland's First Minister today, largely because she was obsessed with foisting this kind of trans nonsense on people. So there is a way to defeat these loons. Gird your loins and get your terf on, my friends.
