Just turn them off. All of them. When you know they are lying, always lie, can do nothing but lie what purpose can there be to listen or give them one second of your attention?

That's right. They are only useful now as case studies in how centrally controlled regimes become rotted from within and work to manipulate the masses from finding out.

I feel like it’s been “consume your energy and focus” 24/7/365 since at least 2015. I’m becoming increasingly numb (comfortably numb?), and annoyed by the counterproductive non-stop drama. It’s been a long, long, boring ride.

Hmmm, the explanation of a spoiling attack makes me wonder whether the Hunter Biden pardon is some sort of spoiling attack for the Biden crime family’s corruption.

I had to laugh when I heard that Trudeau complained to Trump that tariffs would destroy Canada's economy. Trump's response? We could make Canada the 51st state and Trudeau could be governor.

If he makes Trudeau governor he's going to have a war of independence on his hands.

It will be a snowball fight followed by a pancake breakfast.

I can't be the only one -- can I? -- who has noticed that the Trump team is, without any fanfare at all, simply ignoring the dead media. The propaganda press no longer has any power over him or any of us.

JD Vance has already provided his version of Pierre Poilievre eating an apple: Do you hear yourself, Martha? What does that mean? Give me an example. Who says that?

Now, though: No one has time for that. 48 days to crack the whip internationally (and prevent nuclear war), quietly read the riot act to certain senators, ramp up DOGE, fill in a thousand other spots under Our Heroes Already Named, and organize several million deportations by 31 Jan. It is going to be a first 100 days like no other, and the chattering classes are not worth 30 seconds of anyone's time.

Trump will not fix a damn thing (maybe a couple of things to keep people content).

Trump was placed in this position for a reason.

Operation Warp Speed anyone????

Obviously, no one looks at the connections, and ties, Trump and his nominations have.

Ain’t nothing like cognitive dissonance!

It’s not only Leftists that have it.

I voted for Trump twice…

They are impotent. Nobody buys what they are selling any more except the mentally ill.

If it really bugs you, buy some cotton wadding or beeswax.

Stuff it in your ears.

Lash yourself to the mast, or the steering column in your SUV.

Say "LALALALALALALALALA" very loudly until Jan. 20, 2025

Remember that they hate you and what they did to the country.

Anticipate with glee that we are going to deconstruct their evil projects and punish them.

Won't be long now.

MAGA.

The gnashing of the teeth, the rending of the garments and the lamentations of the media is supremely entertaining. Today I poked the virtual ribs of one of my over-educated Canadian friends by telling him how fun it was to see his prime minister fly to Mar-a-Lago to bend the knee. He lamented how sad it was that we elected an entertainer over somebody with substantive policy/leadership skills which made me laugh longer and harder than I would have after I realized he wasn't joking. Oh Canada is right!

We're all cranky up here: economy is the pits, out of control immigration, the sight of Trudeau is nauseating, and winter is here.

Overeducated is right: Canada produces a *lot* of smug, credentialed midwits who are pretty much useless for anything other than a no-show job in our rapidly expanding, bloated public sector.

I think you give Jen Psaki too much credit. I don't think she knows anything about tactics. She is just inherently dishonest/unscrupulous and does what she does out of instinct, not reason. And because of that, I never watch her. I am constantly having to change the channel from Newsmax and Fox because they are indignantly and at length reporting ridiculous stuff said on other networks that I deliberately avoid. I know they feel like they need to refute the constant stream of Leftist nonsense, but I wish they would roll it back a bit.

Personally, I am no longer angry. I am enjoying watching the realization that a reckoning is coming, the heads exploding and the scrambling to cover up their stupidity at "believing" and supporting all the lies. It's like they don't realize they've been memorialized on social media or that we don't remember and can't look it up. Every day is bringing exciting new promises of destruction of the woke culture, some of it at their own hands. I can't wait till January 20!

Of those in my acquaintance, even the most chronically beguiled Anti-Trumpers, no one believes anything on standard media now. MSM has, however, produced some unintended comedic value as a byproduct of its decay.

Re: credentials of RFK Jr to head HHS: Recent MSM hysterical talking heads (you know the usual suspects) attempted to belittle Kennedy's cabinet appointment by bringing on Obama's HHS Secretary Kathleen Sibelius whose background was as former Kansas governor and whose closest connection to human anatomy was as a consequence of her family running funeral homes.

June 6th 1944, Normandy has been called the most important day in the 20th century.

For a year now, I have been calling November 5th 2024 as the most important in the 21st century.

The analogy continues: We got a beachhead, but it is a long slog to Berlin. (we are already making it harder by allowing some elections to be stolen and RINOs appointing liberal judges).

Expect a battle of the Bulge (Anytime now, can't win but can spoil for a while)

The nazis lost after a successful invasion but did not surrender. they blew up bridges, killed their own... The ovens at Auschwitz were still warm...

I think of this a lot...
