Also, now, this world-historically terrifying figure who carries nearly infinite power and danger in his being is…just a puppet.

They’re negating their own years-long rhetorical campaign, just switching it off and punching up its complete opposite. How on earth did people like this become persistently embedded in positions of authority? They’re startlingly bad at it, comically inept and incoherent. I would be authentically fascinated to hear an inside description of their plan and their intent. How is this supposed to work as a message? He’s impotent puppet Hitler?
