I'd be especially interested in hearing from healthcare professionals about this, by the way.

My wife (an RN since 1979) worked in early cancer research at MD Anderson re: unique cancers (Kaposi's sarcoma) showing up in the gay community. She thought Fauci walked on water for his AIDS research at the time. She now considers him the anti-Christ both for his dishonesty in his AIDS research and for the COVID debacle/conspiracy. If someone approached her about a booster, she’d offer to use it as a suppository on them.

Name Invalid's avatar

At least she came around. I still know those who think Fauci is a saint.

I've been in the health care system for 46 years, DMD in 1979, military for 37 years, retired LtCol, military contractor for 9 years and in private practice. Jabbed many times by the military, had an adverse reaction to a flu shot in 2009 and haven't been jabbed since and never will be again. The whole medical system is completely broken and I don't think it can be fixed, and I don't know if this would be of interest to you to pursue further or not but a major part of the whole system is moot if you go back and explore that the paradigm of "germ theory"(really just a hypothesis not a theory) is a false paradigm, contagion has never been proven, actually many times dis-proven, and there is no scientific evidence that viruses even exist let alone cause disease. I believed this without question like most health professionals until 5 years ago when I started really looking all the way back to the original research which does not prove "germ theory" is true at all. Check out the new website realityofillness.com for lots of info and resources. Most people can't get past the cognitive dissonance that what almost all of us have believed from childhood is false and how doctors and scientists can be so wrong, this brings almost the whole medical industrial complex crashing down as it well should. Also check out Jon Rappoport as long time journalist in this area.

George,

You are brave to confront your own mastery/beliefs after so many years. I applaud you, and hope that I can be as courageous if needed in the future. Thank you. You are a model of behavior...even if, it turns out you are wrong. I am so skeptical of nearly EVERYTHING these days, and it kinda hurts to go about my days sometimes. My fountains for truth are few, might be why I returned to Scripture as well.

Thanks Brian, Scripture is my touchstone too.

I don’t like to nitpick words, but since it’s my wife… – “coming around” suggests a slower than average absorption of information that is already commonly understood.

RFK’s 2021 book “The Real Anthony Fauci” blew the lid off Fauci’s medical abuses during the initial research on AIDS, and it was at this point, with new information, that my wife’s medical assessment of Fauci changed.

Steenroid's avatar

Do about as much good as a suppository. Maybe more.

gettinolder's avatar

I picked up a Time or Newsweek and remember reading about this new disease, with Karposi sarcoma as a symptom of this blood disease about in 1979. Fauci at the time said it would infect by jumping to heterosexuals. Fauci turned out to be a demon and what is worse few know about his antics to this day.

A physician at a large academic medical center in the NE. Emails are sent out touting the benefits of the vaccine, one of our most distinguished ID doctors blasts out an email to everyone explaining how bad the science is on these boosters, and now boosters aren't mandatory and almost no one gets them. Apart from politics, the science on the boosters is bad.

Most viruses will mutate to become more contagious and less lethal satisfying evolutionary prerogatives for self-preservation. Getting Covid now is like catching the cold -- some people may die, but its very likely they have many otherthings wrong with them. Most people will feel like shit for a couple of days and be fine.

PedMD's avatar

I'm a pediatrician in suburban area of blue state. We get blast emails from our ID people saying how important Covid vaccine is but I think most doctors ignore this. I haven't gotten the shot since 2021, nor have any of my partners. The hospitals don't really seem to care, they just say the thing they're supposed to say. Unlike flu vaccine it's not required for staff privileges (flu vaccine also probably pointless but less worth fighting). We don't even offer covid vaccine to our patients-the handful of parents who want it for their kids have to find it somewhere else and we've heard very few complaints about this. My staff is a mix and we don't ask them-several true believers who announce when they get each booster (and occasionally need a week off for covid illness) but probably most don't get it.

Victoria Chandler's avatar

"We don't even offer covid vaccine to our patients-the handful of parents who want it for their kids have to find it somewhere else and we've heard very few complaints about this."

That was a shocker to me in my own Covid story. I 'graduated' to Medicare in 2021 and went to my first 'required' visit in early 2022. I had decided when OWS was first announced that I was NOT going to take a vaccine brought to market that quickly. I attend a weekly Bible study and most who attend are older seniors - late 70's and 80's, even a few in their 90's. As the shots rolled out - recall how it was age stratified - I started hearing of women feeling really lousy after the shots, contracting Covid anyway and just a feeling of regret. I let my doctor know that I was not and would not take the vaccine. He finally gave up trying to coerce me and said, 'If you change your mind, you can go to any pharmacy and get it'. I told him that if I were going to take this shot, that I would come to him and have him give it. He told me that they 'were not contracted to administer the vaccine'. My only thought was 'what the heck?'. At that time, they were still doing drive-through vaccinations in the Dodgers and Angels stadium parking lots, something I thought was absolutely dystopian.

At any rate, I have now been permanently labeled 'vaccine hesitant' on my permanent medical record. Which brings up another question: why is it that Medicare, which is funded by our tax dollars, can preclude a Medicare patient from using their Medicare insurance to see a Naturopathic doctor?

Leonard's avatar

I don’t understand why hesitancy to take ANY pharmaceutical is a bad thing. It should be the default! The fact that it isn’t tells you all you need to know about the financial kickbacks the providers and prescribers are getting.

I’ve had umpteen dental procedures in my life - every root canal or extraction they try to force painkillers on me to this day. And i tell them every time “Don’t bother. If there is pain three days from now i will come back so the doc can take a look.”

Drugs have become the first resort instead of the last resort. Makes me think doctors are getting dumber.

Richard Parker's avatar

'Natural Dentistry', I just can't.

Suzy Cue's avatar

Victoria Chandler - regarding your closing sentence - I strongly agree. The entire insurance is so corrupted. Why, for example, won’t Medicare cover the care I receive from my functional medicine MD? I earned my Medicare benefits. I have to buy Part B, as well as a Medigap supplement. Then, I pay cash for my functional medicine MD visits. If they weren’t so corrupted, we’d be allowed a certain $ amount of coverage, whether it’s a Naturopath, functional medicine doc, etc. What a ripoff to we taxpayers.

MSK's avatar

Also pediatrician, in urgent care. My system allowed religious exemptions to initial mandates which I took, having survived Covid in February of 21 as a bad cold, no fever even. Two of my daughters felt achy for a day and that was it. Knew they were lying when they claimed vaccinated immunity was better than natural immunity. One of my nurses was furious that summer, as she dutifully got the shot, then got Covid and missed two weeks of work because symptoms would not go away. Few people ever gave their kids the initial round here, and fewer are giving boosters. Although there are some. Sadly, I’m in a physician group on social media where people are fretting about not being able to access the vaccine, although more brave souls are willing to challenge their beliefs. Previously doing that could be downright terrifying.

Tardigrade's avatar

'Knew they were lying when they claimed vaccinated immunity was better than natural immunity.'

That's when I first started to get an inkling that we were being lied to. The other big turning point for me was the demonization of John Ioannidis, of all people.

NanaW's avatar

And their changing the literal definition of vaccine was a huge red flag moment as well.

I am a Clinal Review RN for the California Dept. of Corrections.

I became a Covid skeptic from the moment the Imperial College projections were shown to be off by a factor of ten (early April 2020). I started reading closely the work of Drs. Ioaniddis, Bhattacharya, Atlas, Guptra, Kolsdorf, etc.; not long after, the narrative worked to marginalize and slander them. I have access to all the medical journals and immediately started downloading the PDFs of policy contrary studies on masking, PCR testing, MRNA technology, virus transmission, etc. that were systemically being memory holed. More than anything, that is what cemented my opposition to the narrative- as some entity was clearly working to hide the truth in a systematic way.

A Pharmacist know well was working at a large university hospital in NC at the time. His Director of Clinical pharmacy ran a study of Ivermectin in their ER; it was 95% effective at preventing readmissions compared to control. The Admin found out, told him to stop and to destroy his data.

I got a religious exemption from the vaccine and was willing to lose my job over it. My wife and four children are not vaxxed. My 76 yo old mom is not vaxxed. My father-in-law (PharmD), mother-in-law (RN), sister-in-law (RN) are not either, neither are anyone else in my wife and my immediate family- great-grandparents to newborns- accounting for 40+ people.

We all supplemented vitamin D, C and Zinc and took Ivermectin when positive. Not a single severe case. I worked in acute units with ineffective PPE during the summer of Delta, never got it. I'm confident my late 2020 mild case of Alpha/Beta (two day headache) gave me immunity. I got Omicron which amounted to about 16 hours of feeling weird and the sniffles.

The most telling thing was the shift from cautionary skepticism about MRNA vaccines from "experts" like Paul Moffit while Trump was President, that immediately shifted to excited support after the 2020 election was decided.

My entire point of view on vaccines has shifted dramatically based on this. I was a "rational person" who "believed in the effectiveness of vaccines for public health" like I had learned in nursing school. But I will never get a vaccine for anything ever again. Neither will my family. Healthy active living and immune support through good food is the key to disease resistance. The more I consider the physiology and immunology of vaccination, the more I am skeptical of it in the main.

Suzy Cue's avatar

Garret Pahl - great comments. I concur!

ALM's avatar

Among RN's (and likely providers as well) in Portland, OR I fear this statistic is WILDLY different. As in much higher vaccination rates, of course. But that's probably no big surprise to most, however disappointing. Most people, healthcare professionals included or even especially, still seem stuck in 2021, on many many issues. The TDS, in addition to the general cognitive dissonance and groupthink of this region (religion?) is deafening.

JT's avatar

Wife and step-daughter both long time RNs...no more jabs for either!

Tardigrade's avatar

My niece, a surgical nurse, managed to get a religious exemption, despite the fact that she's not religious at all.

Suzy Cue's avatar

I think it’s important when mentioning this to always include the fact that all the RNs were officially informed that ANY and ALL exemptions for medical reasons would be automatically denied, no matter what the medical reason (even pregnancy!).

Suzy Cue's avatar

But, do you blame her, for submitting a religious exemption? Remember, the employer told them that, under no circumstances, would any exemption for medical reasons be approved. All of those were automatically denied, out of hand. Threatening employees with being forced to inject poison into their bodies, or lose their jobs. Truly evil.

Tardigrade's avatar

I don't blame her a bit and I'm glad she got it.

Suzy Cue's avatar

I know. I just think it’s important when mentioning this to always include the fact that medical exemptions were forbidden/never approved, for context.

Tardigrade's avatar

That makes it political rather than biological. And deplorable.

Suzy Cue's avatar

Yep. It sure does.

Suzy Cue's avatar

And her direct supervisor RN, who was extremely devout, had his religious exemption denied. Totally arbitrary (his was denied because he submitted it right away, and they were obviously trying to set an example to deter others from applying). He was 40, healthy, married with two little boys. Was. Had a massive stroke. Yeah, he’s dead. P.S. After initially denying his exemption, when he had received dose 1 of 2, they reversed course and told him his exemption was approved. I’m sure because of lawyers’ advice. Too late.

laJumelle's avatar

As an inpatient nurse at the time at a Level 1 trauma hospital—university-affiliated—in a VERY blue city, I refused to get it in Fall 2020 and requested a religious exemption. They made it such a pain to be exempt—I had to do all the weekly testing and jump through all these hoops. Most people I worked with took the vaccine, so the CDC’s 10% number seems to me to be anecdotally incorrect. I wonder what/who their sample population was. Even today, I speak with healthcare professionals from MDs, NPs, pharmacists, nurse techs, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physical therapists, and most of them were vaccinated—at least with the initial shot.

'With covid shots the initial high uptake was driven by equal parts genuine fear for about a quarter, "current thing" social signaling for another 30%, and then mandate/compulsion for the rest.'

Good observation, sounds right.

Suzy Cue's avatar

Jon - hospitals have pushed the flu shots on employees as they would lose Medicare/Medicaid funding unless 97% of employees were jabbed. Although I read somewhere recently that this form of extortion may be ending? I’m not sure. Maybe some other reader here knows? My daughter (hospital surgical RN) resisted the flu shot requirement for years, with success (along with terrible harassment). When she got her religious exemption for the C19 shots approved, her hospital employer told her the exemption covered the flu shot, also. And they ended the requirement to get a new flu shot exemption every year. They haven’t bugged her about it since. Do any other hospital RNs have any related experiences to report?

Marie's avatar

As a practitioner in a family practice I was forced to get my first vaccine in early 2020 under threat of losing my job. But shortly thereafter they stopped forcing it on us and I vowed never to get another Covid vaccine. I advised my patients, strongly, to stay far away from the vaccine AND the Paxlovid used to treat it throughout those awful Biden years. Thank the Lord that none of my patients reported me for this or advising against the vaccine would have also cost me my job. Been in medicine for 50 years and, trust me, those were the darkest years for healthcare and rocked our faith in the very authorities we were supposed to trust and to look to for guidance. I hope Bobby can restore that trust and get back to good, safe medicine.

Ashe's avatar

This. Also, most healthcare workers and their families got COVID/had continuous exposure before the vaccine was available, so they only took it in the first place to keep their jobs.

bsubstack's avatar

This. It is absolutely sickening to see what those goons did to healthcare workers. The poor saints were expected to work through an historic event that exposed them to a deadly pathogen of unknown (early on) lethality, and of course they did because their commitment is to patient above themselves. Then *after* putting their lives on the line, the ‘authorities’ risked their lives again, against their better professional medical judgement, to second-guess them and *force* a medical experiment on them. Makes my blood boil, and it’s still boiling for lack of accountability.

Imagine being lauded as a hero, deservedly, then told your capacity for understanding medicine didn’t exist in the slightest, and the bureaucracy knows best. Unforgivable. Where is the outcry?

Suzy Cue's avatar

And most of the RNs capable of critical thinking either quit or were fired, and have been replaced with newly-graduated RNs who, to put it kindly, are not capable of critical thinking.

Marie - thanks for sharing. However, be cautious about hoping for any politician to ‘save us’ and ‘fix things’.

Maria's avatar

Hi! Quick question, if you are comfortable. I was also forced to get the vaccine and chose the J&J as the least bad option. Were you given a choice regarding the type of vaccine you took? Again, only if you are comfortable with the question. Thank you!

laJumelle's avatar

Maria, where I was, they didn’t care as long as you got the shot. However—as the CDC kept changing the goalposts by saying “fully vaccinated” now means the initial shot and one… no! two… boosters, that made it concerning because one was always then at risk of being fired because they weren’t in compliance. I saw this happening and always thought it’d be easier to get the shot (or falsify it somehow), but then you’d just have to go get another!! It was never ending!

Marie's avatar

Sorry- I just saw this- I was not ok with any vaccine but I could have gotten whichever one I wanted. But- the propaganda tended to push people to whichever one THEY wanted you to have. If they didn’t want people getting the j and j they would “leak” unfavorable news about it. But, as a provider, I had access to drug info and, did you know, that they are still listed as “investigational drug only”. Yeah, most people don’t know that. And Paxlovid- the covid treatment- is listed as “emergency use only” -yet it was given out like candy.

Maria's avatar

Thank you Marie!

I closed my private medical practice 2018 after Obamacare blew a hole in it and hospital systems wanted employed physicians . I became a laborist / hospitalist and worked unjabbed during Covid . I spoke out to the staff became isolated from physicians, asked for grand round discussions, placed stats ect in our doctors lounge and got ostracized. Finally got fired in 2023 -2024 . I had to defend my license as well ( not cheap ) . 2 docs died in our physician lounge . Now , many don’t take them but we have a few who still jab our community for reimbursement. 🤬. A few docs retired due to jab injuries. I have lost many friends and acquaintances. I have one friend ( she has autoimmune issues and fatigue) who needed help in an office, so I do it part time . I can’t tell you the impact this has made on my life , it would take hours . I’m very angry . Medical systems are so corrupt and dirty . God help each and everyone.

Is why the R&D is into delivery methods that bypass objections, even consent. Nasal sprays to bypass objections to needles. Dental floss to give to unsuspecting "anti-vax" relatives and friends when they visit. Highly transmissible versions that are intended to "mass inoculate."

As long as these ghouls are intoxicated on their righteousness and their idea of ethics is utilitarian, greater good, and getting the entire population "vaccinated" they define as a greater good they continue to connive and scheme, dream up ways to overcome the objections of 80% of the population who say, "No."

They are evil. And committed. And should be committed for that reason - they are a threat to public safety and health.

Art's avatar

I’d be interested in hearing why we were told that one could contract AIDS from a hypodermic needle but not a mosquito, which sure seems like a flying hypodermic needle. One explanation was that mosquitoes only bite once and therefore can’t transmit between people, but further examination showed that was true for just one of many species of mosquito. Also, aren’t bird flu, Zika, and other diseases are transmitted by mosquitoes biting multiple times?

Not making any claims…Just curious now if this concept was merely propaganda back when we were naive about the honesty of the public health establishment.

Belling the Cat's avatar

It depends. Yes, skeeters pass along old diseases from yellow fever to malaria as well as new ones. But which new ones? The trick is that the virus or bacteria has to be one that can stay alive or viable in the bug (mosquito, tick, flea, et al.) between biting the infected person and biting the next person. Only if the bug's innards keep the disease ready to go in the equivalent of bug saliva can its next bite pass the infection.

Tl;dr: Diseases that can or can't be transmitted via insect depends whether or not the biting bug is a good host/reservoir/vector for the disease.

Suzy Cue's avatar

Don’t concern yourself with bird flu & Zika. It’s almost all bullshit propaganda to keep the fear going.

Fukitol's avatar

As I understand it most diseases transmitted by mosquitoes are endemic to particular species. So they're born with it - it passes from parent to offspring - they don't pick it up and then pass it around. Which is why eradicating certain types of mosquitoes has been effective in the past in controlling the diseases they spread.

refusenick's avatar

All types of mosquitoes should be eradicated. Change my mind.

Fukitol's avatar

I mean I hate them, but they're marginal pollinators and also important food for frogs and lizards and other things I do like. Every time we wipe them out it has knock-on consequences to other things higher in the food chain.

Pitch me a way to solve that problem and I'm in. Also ticks, fleas, lice, leeches, pretty much every kind of parasitic animal. Horrible creatures.

refusenick's avatar

I don’t have the skill set to pitch that, but I question whether the harm to those frogs unable to adjust their diet outweighs the enormous pain in the ass the little bastards cause to humanity.

Some scientists definitely could do with asking themselves “Just because I can do it, should I?”

this little authoritarian's avatar

Needle objections and ethics aside, scientists have being trying for ages to make nasal vaccines due to the fact that intramuscular ones simply do not generate mucosal immunity and thus do nothing to contain infections of the mucosa. (The immune system of the mucosa is compartmentalized from the humoral system, though there is downstream signaling). This is why the Covid shots could never have prevented infection or spread. That’s not the way the mechanism works.

Anyway, to the best of my knowledge, attempts to generate effective nasal vaccines have failed because the mucosal immune response are short-lived and non-specific and cannot be predictably measured or efficacy measured.

Freedom Fox's avatar

So you're saying that God f'd up and didn't design man to coexist in a world full of the other life he created? So scientists in laboratories have to concoct magic potions and elixirs to "fix" God's mistake of an immune system that simply is overpowered by the rest of the life (microbial) that God created? Because he's a sadistic fuck? Or he makes so many mistakes that better-informed man must fix?

What a sad, dismal view of life and existence. I pity those who hold it. Including the Atheists who deny his existence. SAME EXACT belief system that says man must "fix" God's mistaken penis he put on a little girl or breasts and vagina he put on a little boy. Man-as-god syndrome. Devoid of ethics. Which can't be put aside.

Our microbiome in our mucous membranes, esophageal, gut, all the way through intestines, colon is like 70-80% of our immune system. Symbiotic, not *of* us, but mutually beneficial existence within us. That's our health. Exponentially better than any concocted potion and elixir man can invent. Easy to care for with proper diet and exercise. No easy "fix-it" pill or injection will ever match our perfect creation that God made us to exist in and among. They fail because they can't work, they will never work. Unless by work they mean kill us more efficiently, without their fingerprints on them.

Only the arrogance of man makes many believe otherwise. Fools. I refuse to be drawn into the injurious delusions of man's grandeur over God in controlling the natural world.

this little authoritarian's avatar

I think you may have slightly misinterpreted my comment. I wasn’t cheering on vaccines but simply pointing out the hubris that belies the vaccine push by highlighting the already evident, but ignored, scientific knowledge that intramuscular injections have no effect on mucosal immunity and nasal vaccines are a dead end for a variety of reasons. And you’re absolutely correct in pointing out that the gut plays an incredible role in immune responses, which are delicately balancing between overreaction and undereaction. Since you mentioned it, it was made apparent to me some years ago that the respiratory mucosa is much more reactive and the gut not so much, but this is how your immune system attenuates the reaction to respiratory infections because you inevitably swallow infected mucus.

It is marvelously complex system modulating you with the rest of nature but it has been distilled into “ antibodies good “ and “vaccines make antibodies” therefore “ vaccines good”.

Freedom Fox's avatar

Got it. Yes, I misinterpreted, but also took opportunity to take a swipe at the mindset behind the "science" of allopathic medicine.

Yes, our respiratory mucosa is hugely important. But the entire tract is all interconnected. Yes, a colon not working properly, being backed up with shit, will lead to more illness, susceptibility to disease, too. All a part of the wonderfully complex and filled with built-in redundancies immune system God gave us to survive the world around us he also created.

Know the most important part of mucosa functionality? Hydration! Drink water, electrolytes, often. Always pee clear. If you don't pee clear you are in a state of dehydration, the darker the worse. Mucosa can't work if there's not enough water in your body to produce mucus. Dried mucous membranes are the most common pathway into our body of microbiome and poisons that aren't supposed to be inside us, that get us sick. Numero uno on staying well is staying hydrated, nothing else comes close.

Most of us wake up dehydrated from sleeping overnight. Ayurvedics (and other natural healers) recommend starting each day with rinses, nasal and throat saline water irrigation, followed by hot beverages, typically tea. The rinses eliminate any bad stuff that is in your mucous, the heat kills it. Tongue scrapes to start the day, too. The "science" has shown that the bad stuff that can harm us stays in the mucus 2-3 days before it passes through the barrier to make us ill. By addressing it with simple steps like described we don't get sick, even when we work in and among people who are coughing, sneezing, wheezing and spitting on us. Health starts at home. We must educate ourselves about how to stay healthy. The old ways, before allopathy, natural healers knew these things. Dismissed as old wives tales, quackery. By actual quacks.

Cheers and thank for reemphasizing hydration! Much appreciated!

I just wish there was a way to get the am radio stations to stop pushing their non-stop adverts to truckers to go get their free covid, flu, and shingles vaxes; go, go, go, get the jabs with an upbeat melody to get the non-informed people needles in. Last week I was practically accosted by an overly energetic guy to get my flu shot as I went into Cosco for a couple of things. I tried to give him as stormy a look as I could muster and he backed off.

I’ve found a firm “No, thank you.” takes care of most, followed if necessary by “Fuck. Off.” for the persistent.

I've been doing it backwards,

My fave story...

A friend of a friend who has multiple health conditions in addition to being about 100 pounds overweight goes to the doc to have him do pre-op for replacing her second knee. She takes many meds. His only suggestion is that she have her 5th covid booster. SHE LETS THEM DO THE BOOSTER. Good God.

Good grief.

I see a PA once a year for a wellness exam. In 2021 she noted that I hadn't had a Covid vaccine. I said, "that's right," as I mentally prepared to push back. She said, "that's fine," and hasn't mentioned it since.

Suzy Cue's avatar

I simply say ‘no’. I think we’re past the politeness stage, unfortunately.

I have a friend who works for Rite Aid in the pharmacy and she said they get bonuses for everyone they persuade to get a flu shot. She's really proud of her ability to persuade people to get the shot.

KCwoofie's avatar

Now she has a vested interest in being ignorant of the facts.

There’s probably more money for her if she sold cars or insurance

For years now, I refuse to cross the threshold of places like CVS or Walgreens. Nothing in there that I need, or want.

The investor class does not care. I read a quote the other day that went like “If teenage heroin use skyrocketed, the first question an investor would ask is ‘Who makes the needles?’ “. This is true even of the “responsible investing” investors - they would invest in methadone.

Virtually all radio stations have been bought out by just a few companies. In other words, now radio even radio is ruined. And don’t get me started on Public Radio.

There were always members of certain groups who knew from the early '21 that the mRNA injections didn't work as promised and were dangerous. There was a very real effort to cover this up but some information trickled out, like Zuckerberg on conference call warning his employees away from the injections, the prime minister of New Zealand giving waivers FROM the injections to 11K of her family and supporters and friends, and the use of placebos for certain groups but "hot" batches for others. It's been a concerted effort by the globalists, eugenicists, CCP, and other misanthropes to cover up this mass murder, but the word has been getting out. The fact that almost the entire medical community has abandoned the mRNA platforms, except for those being remunerated by the pharma industry or institutions they control, is the most telling.

Thank you for all you've done to get the word out.

'The fact that almost the entire medical community has abandoned the mRNA platforms'

And the pharmaceutical-science community is frantically researching mRNA for every illness under the sun. Including veterinary science.

It's astonishing at how deft the media is at making lies appear as facts. Until they get chrisbrayed, that is.

Evil Harry's avatar

The truth has never been a part of their remit.

Remember the (allegedly misattributed) Mark Twain quote;

"If you don't read a newspaper, you're uninformed.

If you read a newspaper, you're mis-informed."

Navyo Ericsen's avatar

It's those who believe the lies that I worry about. Especially when they're armed. Legions of misinformed people violently righteous in their perceived "truth".

We need more people to get chrisbrayed, clearly.

I have been to the hospital maybe a dozen times in the past year, always to support familial members who started getting sick in 2022 for some bizarre and unexplained reason, but for which we can absolutely be sure vaccines are not to blame.

Up until a few months ago one couldn't enter the hospital without passing by a booth where a nurse tries to get every one to get their latest booster. Masks were mandatory until April 2025 (seriously).

Now when vaccines come up, what is the response. from health care professionalizes?

Zero interest, change the subject. Yawn. Not even a weak, "we were moving at the speed of science" type defense. Oncologist don't want to be asked how times breast cancer happens in only one breast , the left breast since most people are right handed and vaccinate in the left arm.

(A very easy study for a health professional with access to the data to do for anyone with even the least amount of intellectual curiosity).

They will just charge you/your insurance $200 an hour to smirk at you and avoid your questions.

Demand for the Covid jab imploded for me about, oh, I’d say the moment it came out.

Belling the Cat's avatar

Late adopter. I was against it before it existed :)

But seriously, I've never gotten a flu jab so why would I consider a "novel" mutated jab for the same thing?

bsubstack's avatar

By the time it was offered to the plebes, I had about five disqualifying indications. When they first started talking about the vaccine I already had three.

Maureen Hanf's avatar

Have heard some horror stories about people with acute/chronic conditions that were pushed towards/into the jab. With no regard for their conditions. Also, those on oxygen who were forced into mask-wearing.

JW Writes's avatar

In all the years since the jab came out I’ve only had one healthcare professional very half heartedly ask me about getting it, and never brought it up or commented after I said no. On the other hand, my very young 83 year old mother in FL just shopped around until she found someone who would give her a scrip for it . She has now had either 7 or 8. If I don’t hear from her every day I’m sure she’s collapsed…

The most amazing part to me is that a good friend of hers was very injured by the vax, almost died from sudden onset myesthenia gravis. He was in ICU for a month and over a year in rehab. So he gets his jabs (what??!!) because now he’s “at risk” (BECAUSE OF THE JAB), so she, who has no health issues at all, has to follow along and get hers. It’s really sickening. At least she doesn’t ask me to get one every email anymore.

Maureen Hanf's avatar

My parents are gone so it's easier for me that way but I try to avoid the subject or just say no, thank you, repeatedly until I can escape.

Francis Turner's avatar

BTW the flu vax is also probably not worth getting. Last year's appears to have had negative effectiveness i.e. it made you more likely to catch the flu

That was one of the things I wrote about in this post a few weeks ago - https://ombreolivier.substack.com/p/jabber-about-jabs?r=7yrqz

Suzy Cue's avatar

The flu shot is not, and never has been, ‘safe and effective’.

Madjack's avatar

Physician here. I was/am furious about being lied to about the “vaccine”. Trust, once lost, is hard to regain

David's avatar

Last few times I was asked for the booster I prefaced my answer with Pfft. Usually that was all I needed to say.

Suzy Cue's avatar

How tragic, that about 13% of children are still being jabbed with the C19 poison.

Alex Rayman's avatar

PICU RN here. We don’t hear anything from our system about covid boosters, haven’t for several years, not even just being available. I think most people still line up dutifully for the flu shot because it seems more routine. They also are programmed to think the flu shot is actually useful and they’re not used to pushing back on that. Once I had a taste of the covid mess and fought through refusing the original jab i was officially done with the whole thing, no more shots. As soon as they mention flu shots available! my religious exemption goes in

Chris Bray's avatar

PICU RN! Can't think of a tougher job. Appreciate you.

ICU, where people go to ..... die.

Alex Rayman's avatar

Um…yes? Sometimes anyway, although for peds the vast majority of our patients get better. Numbers for adult icu are probably different.
