This is why it's so fucking important that we get accountability for the covid era to begin with. We know that they're going to try to use the media to re-write history and we positively cannot let that happen.
On the optimistic side, I think we're getting a lot of "Oops we got it wrong" stories because the 'experts' know the truth is about to come out - and the truth is, the 'experts' knew they were lying to us about covid the whole time.
There are no consequences. There are never consequences.
Joe Biden's Teleprompter had him doing an Iraqi Foreign Minister impersonation, insisting that the Taliban would never ever possibly retake Afghanistan, and even after we all watched people fall from the landing gear of airplanes leaving Kabul, still not one administration flunky has so much as been forced to resign.
Why should we expect change when there are no consequences?
You're right. The folks in power have found out that there are no consequences. They'll continue to be in power. We, the powerless, salute them. How's that for abject pessimism?
Yeah, the freak out that's going to occur when we finally get the "oh, by the way, we gave a bunch of you morons AIDS" is why I own a gun and a bunch of canned food.
Also, when one of these dipshits like Tufecki, who was big on the pandemic censorship uses the term "we", always remember it's not you, me, her, and everyone else... It's her and what she believes other people to be. It's not even the mouse in her fucking pocket.
SC: Maybe the "experts" in the media will return their Pulitzers and explain how they got the Russia Collusion story so wrong.....and then they'll explain their Covid blunders. You think?
Does anyone actually believe it was an oops? I don’t. They were complicit in the coverup and Op. we need to call them on it. It was obvious, I remember Tweeting as soon as it was announced that two weeks closure was crazy, that it would kill businesses. It wasn’t like the whole world could take a vacation all at once. If you were vacationing in Italy. For example, where would you get food? Restaurants closed. I mean, get real! And the whole meat market thing was stupid, when Wuhan was home to a well known virology lab.
Not rocket science. Many people saw it instantly. And yet the New York Times and others happily participated in the coverup. Why?
For the other half to admit it was wrong on everything is, for these people, to admit error, which means they were..... wrong. Many egos cannot take that: it's a bridge too far. I see it in my family and friends, who will not even discuss it, even the ones who got sick. Then, you stir in all the criminals and psychopathic types who profited from the scam and/or enjoyed the power over others, along with the Great Reset/Replacement institutions/individuals, and you have a large group who will never accept any responsibility.
A lot of them would have to not only acknowledge they were wrong in their beliefs, but admit their poor behavior and attitude towards others during that time in the name of said beliefs. That contradicts their images of themselves. Difficult, sometimes impossible wall to break through.
To them, Covid has become a religion. The shot is their sacrament. The mask is their talisman.
For a brief moment, those adhering to Covid orthodoxy were "better than the unwashed masses". The more they feared the virus and revered "THE SCIENCE", the more pious they were. If you look at the situation objectively, you are never going to convince the true believers that they did anything wrong.
I can't agree more. That's been my experience with people. I have remained friends with those who "tolerated" me during the covid insanity. Now they are just as crazed by the measles insanity. They won't read any science based facts about the measles spread.
THIS. As an MD, the mis/disinformation about natural immunity wanted to make me scream. The human immune system exists for a reason, and it’s like millions of people, including so-called “experts,” willfully ignored basic biology and prostrated themselves to The Jab.
They will ask me "where did you get that information?" I guess in order to shut me up or try to debunk the information. When I give them stuff from the Institute of Virology, for example, and other sources they can't debunk, they simply forget to read it. I give up. I guess if I want any social interaction, I have to be just as mindless as they are when I'm around them.
Herein lies the problem; that so many of us still think there was a "novel deadly virus". There was no such thing; only the annual flu, re-branded by means of propaganda designed to terrify the gullible, which turned out to be nearly everyone. People "get sick" every damn year; the elderly and less healthy among us die, from respiratory pneumonia. For f*ck's sake, let's please wake up from the basic delusion that people got sick from something new and deadly. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. The deadly element was perpetrated purposefully and directly by the evil hospital protocols of remdesivir and intubation. And the withholding of anti-biotics, plus dehydration and neglect. It was a crime of inestimable evilness.
They would have to admit that they became ‘sheeple’, “did as they were told”, and fell for the Scamdemic/Plandemic.
That’s just too much for them to handle and take in, and now Trump is President again, which in their Vaxx destroyed brains, makes things equally as bad.
"mistakes were made" bellows the people who demanded you to make them while pulling the "morality" card if you didn't.
You're going to hear this nonstop, but what's happening is this:
"When all are guilty, no one is; confessions of collective guilt are the best possible safeguard against the discovery of culprits, and the very magnitude of the crime the best excuse for doing nothing."
It rankles that the NYT Op Ed author is an absolute militant pro-masker who's obvious hypochondria has been normalized thanks to the call to conformity, as if conformity would prevent the spread of an infectious disease.
But then being asked to accept that the tyrannical gang who deprived us of life, liberty and our individual pursuit of happiness get to say "mistakes were made" and waltz off into the future unscathed is infuriating.
I wanted to claw my eyes out when I saw the byline. "We were misled" (passive voice). Tufecki was the *very same writer* putting out articles in 2020 calling for masking, lockdowns, shutdowns, etc. She is a sociologist BTW, not an epidemiologist and is likely illiterate in statistics and science.
Hannah Arendt is one of those rare few, that ought to be required reading in school, at the appropriate age.
Personal tangent:
I well remember the seminar (theories of justice, a sub-course I took when doing pol-sci) on responsibility/guilt and collective/individual such. A two hour lecture, followed by lunch and an entire afternoon of debates almost leading to students to come to blows over differing viewpoints.
I can't shake the suspicion that the ones most in favour of collective responsibility/guilt, were also the most politically engaged ones - but it's been 30 years, so it might just as well be my memory being biased.
Well, at least "the most politically engaged ones".....on the "correct" side. You know, the side of trying to kill people (mandates), make sure they had no place to live, and no money to live on (no jobs).
Only thing I'd add is that I don't buy that it's anywhere close to half who still support the covid response. Most everyone I know who did changed their tune years ago. It's probably an 80/20 issue at this point, maybe even fewer supporters than that.
If the USAID scandal has shown us anything, it's that a lot of the "support" for the crazy ideas is/was fake, nothing more than paid actors, trolls, and bots "creating content" to "support the mission" of what amounts to intel community aligned or captured institutions. NYT and New Republic are just two that are still getting paid b/c they are near the top of that hierarchy.
So, the collective guilt is not nearly as collective as they'd like us to believe. They're just trying to cover their @sses by making it look like these were - or are still - popular or viable ideas.
Good God, save me from stupidity. What I never got about the whole 'vaccines' save lives is the basics of the virus to begin with. Covid, and the flu, viruses are RNA viruses and mutate screaming fast - so this vaccine was going to nail this continuously morphing virus? Give me a break.
And if vaccines do save lives then the people that believe that should take their freaking wonder medicine and leave me the hell alone. I always knew that people in general are idiots but some good that came of this entire farce was those of us with a tiny bit of discernment got to see just how stupid the masses really are--what a wake-up call!
Yep, my entire family still taking the BIOWEAPON 💉 And they were all SCARED of the UNVACCINATED!! But I thought when they got the Death ☠️💉 it saved them!! Apparently NOT cause they turned it into the scamdemic of the unvaccinated. A winter of darkness and death. They took the BIOWEAPON 💉 and turned real StOopiD! I mean REAL StOopiD! Dumbern a box of rox.
We might have heard that if the virus’ perpetrator wasn’t the one in charge of managing the response. By that logic, we should have put Mengele in charge of treating death camp survivors.
Not to mention this virus was man made. Escaped from a lab or purposely inoculated into the public, makes no difference. The ones responsible (Fauci and all involved) knew from the beginning what this was and lied about it.). Big Pharma was right there with a phony vaccine and lied about it with a straight face and a hand out to collect their $billions.
There isn’t a prison big enough! Dig a trench, line up all involved along side of it facing a firing squad. Bulldozers at the ready….
It’s still a much smaller population of killers than the ones THEY killed,
It can likely make people sick and it can be cloned and even dispersed, but it can't pandemic, doesn't matter if from a clone, a lab, a muddle puddle or a pangolin.
Not to mention 22 years of H1N1 availability to the entire human population and... 964 got reported. 1.377x10^-5% got sick, if we assume 7 billion to be exposed over more than two decades, and half that died... I wonder how many people have died from the old dire rear in that time.
rabbi smith noted in the spring of 2020 that the original cdc covid dashboard included all "cases" ever "detected." theefore, he asked, if we had a flu dashboard dating from case #1, would there be a trillion cases by now?
I don't know how many times we've had to relearn this lesson. Early on in 2020, I looked up stories from the 2009 Mexico swine flu pandemic to check my recollection.* There were early stories hinting at truly alarming fatality rates from official Mexican sources. Not that they Mexicans can't count, mind you, but that the dataset was the sickest of the sick; those whom family and friends undertook to get to the city where there were doctors.
A few weeks later when the epidemiologists got out to the hinterlands to track down the path of the outbreak, there was a lot of, 'Oh, yeah, everybody was sick that month, but only he had to go to the hospital.'
.
*One thing I had forgotten, but relearned, was that, no, actually, it wasn't a Mexican swine flu, it was an American swine flu because Smithfield** had a major facility in one of the affected areas.
**Big Pork, you know. Make of that epithet what you will.
Yes and what were there underlying medical conditions? In 2022 I got ‘sick’ from something, lasting for three weeks with every week having a different set of symptoms. (Did not get The Jabs.) We were poisoned with a “bioweapon of unknown origin”, and then layer in all the 5G/EMF radiation and the daily chem trail skies, and you have the perfect ‘sickness’ cocktail.
Last time they did the Bird Flu Scare over here (2014?) the state radio interviewed a vet on live air, asking what precautions he recommended to avoid catching it. I'm very sorry, that I cannot translate his tone, but imagine the most dry, bone-weary of stupidity-sounding voice you can imagine, in Southern Drawl:
"Well, if you're in the habit of eating raw bird carcasses and such, or roll around in them, just don't do that and you'll be fine"
The poor girl interviewing him couldn't get a word out in reply, she was that shocked.
I just had a conversation with a man this morning about whether masks worked and I said that they worked to see how well people did what they were told--it still disturbs me just how many did and didn't even seem uncomfortable about it. I live in a small town between 2 of the biggest universities in the state and the college students were the worst--this made me feel like humanity is screwed.
Agreed--my daughter is in her first year--going to community college for several reasons--not the least of which is that she thinks the average college student is an clueless, entitled dipshit sucking off of mama and daddy. She is a rare and cantankerous sort haha.
She is rare, but perhaps you raised a child to be a responsible person! That has a brain and knows how to “do a little bit of this and a little bit of that”. Plus going to a ‘community college saves a bit on the college ‘experience’, because that’s what it is, an ‘experimental experience’. And unless you are training for a specific profession or ‘skill’, (a vocation or otherwise) , it’s pretty much a waste of time and money if you ask me. How many college graduates do you know with a ‘degree’ that don’t have a job, or if they do, it’s not in their field of study’?
I was in college many years ago, studying interior design/environmental design. About a year into it, I bailed and went to work as an assistant to a designer with a big interior design business. I learned more on the job with him than I ever did in any class at college. I just parlayed that experience along the way, got other related jobs in the design field, and eventually I had my own interior-landscape design business.
Thank you for sharing your brilliant, insightful critique of a few elite publications surprising lessons learned. They deeply, desperately want more government and far less personal freedom.
It’s about Trump. It’s always about Trump. Well, it’s actually about the fear of Trump. Apparently they have a lot of reasons to be afraid. USAID, DoED, EPA, etc., etc.
Yes. And the judges are working overtime telling Trump to put things back where he found them. Only problem is that the bureaucrats are fired, the offices are closed, the contracts are terminated, the criminals are in jail in another country and the majority of the voters are happy.
It nearly stopped being about Trump in 2021, when it appeared that DeSantis was the 2024 GOP frontrunner and a spate of "DeSantis is worse than Trump ever was" articles were published.
Whenever Trump finally does stop fronting the GOP, the new guy will be "worse than Trump", continuing the pattern dating back generations.
They're afraid of Trump because without the Fed's DOE, how will we get enough scholars like Zeynep Tefukci to maintain our 49th out of 50 world ranking for education?
My pediatric nurse wife wept while listening to Del Bigtree interview the parents of the girl in Texas with measles that was basically just murdered by the hospital staff. If youre not vaccinated and you go to the hospital for an emergency just be aware that the people that are paid to take care of you quite likley hate you with the white hot heat of 1000 suns.
True. My c-19 unvaccinated friend made the mistake of going to the hospital when she had trouble breathing. She never made it out - it took them 6 weeks to kill her. No witnesses, no family allowed in - because COVID.
I'm convinced the reason we have not addressed the COVID crimes at all is because at least half the country showed themselves to be Brownshirt Thugs straight out of Kristallnacht circa 1938.
I'm GenX, so in often in my history/civics/government classes from 7th grade on up, the question of 'how could Germany tip' so violently was repeatedly asked.
Fear, that's how.
Just remember your neighbor didn't think you should have medical care if you were not vaccinated. TV and print journos reported with glee about any COVID skeptic who died.
WE HAD TO SHOW OUR PAPERS (VACCINATION STATUS) TO GET INTO BUILDINGS, RESTAURANTS, OFFICES...and yet these same tyrants do not want Voter ID.
ALSO, the Trump admin has to fight the Deep State before it can attack the other problems. Without USAID, without ACTBLUE, without SSN/medicare fraud, and after 10s of 1000s of GS-11-SES 4 are fired--it would be impossible to get any evidence needed.
We are on the right path, but it will take a minute.
Anyone who reads The Atlantic is a pseudo-intellectual--or as Retard Finder (@ifindretards on X, if you don't follow him, do it now!) would say..."Found another one!"
Absolutely brilliant response to the world in which we live. He CRACKS ME UP. A post from some clown will just about send me stratospheric…and below Retard Finder writes, “found one”. Turns anger and despair into laughter
When the WHO named the biggest Marxist totalitarians in the UK to head up it's pandemic response scientists we knew where it was all going. They were promoted for getting it all wrong. Because from their perspective they got it all right.
WHO's Chief Scientist, Jeremy Farrar, resigned from the UK's SAGE SPI-B pandemic advisory board because its recommendations weren't totalitarian enough for his liking:
WHO's Chief Behavioral Scientist, Susan Mitchie, was also a part of the SPI-B, the UK's behavioral science experts dictating pandemic policy. Yes, she is a card-carrying Communist, too extreme for even Communists. Aka "Stalin's Nanny":
Behavioral Science, The Science (TM) is the "science of totalitarianism," as described by practitioners of it. The leading behaviorists "got drunk on power." Not letting a good crisis (manufactured) go to waste:
When the global "health" syndicate promoted the most extreme totalitarians of all into the highest positions of "Global Health" policy it could be no other way for the NYT or any other propaganda outlet covering for their culpability and the harms they helped inflict during the pandemic. It wasn't an accident. They didn't just get it wrong. It was intentional. What we think they did wrong they think they did right. And want more of it. What say us? We must demand the reckoning. Or they will do it again. And again. And again. Worse and worse and worse each time.
The New York ignorati having fallen for Dr Mengele Fauci once are asking us to follow them again into the cattle cars, not realizing that there are only a small fraction, largely bicoastal supposed elites that have any intention of getting on those cattle cars.🙄🙄
I'm still wrong about half the time. But when it comes to COVID. I was right from day 1. I listened to the smart people, Atlas, Battacharya (sp?), et al, and not the obvious liars. I was at first appalled by the propaganda and the censorship, and then gradually realized that the ghouls and vampires were in charge, so decided to hold onto my cross and hunker down for the long haul.
This is why it's so fucking important that we get accountability for the covid era to begin with. We know that they're going to try to use the media to re-write history and we positively cannot let that happen.

It’s hard to get accountability when a bulk of the corporate press carries water for the government in the first place.
And that’s not improved. They are trying to scare everyone into a recession.

Death by 10,000 cuts. Then we Quarter, and stake there heads publicly for all to see what we do with satan's children.
For the other half to admit it was wrong on everything is, for these people, to admit error, which means they were..... wrong. Many egos cannot take that: it's a bridge too far. Yeah I thought I was wrong once but found out I was mistaken.
😂🤣 That's sooo true!
Yes, also saw this from family and friends...
I was the lone outlier, and naturally called a conspiracy theorist.
Never comes up in conversation anymore, but my jaw dropped when most continued with flu & RSV vaccines, 'cuz "they must be better".
Uh huh...
It's gone beyond admitting error though.

It’s not “biased memory” if your original thought has been supported by 30 yrs of reality.
The consistent theme of liberalism has been suppression of both opportunity for individual achievement AND accountability.

Interesting to look at highly unvaccinated countries, like India and several African countries...
Very low vaccination rates, and a few months of "flu".
And then it's over.
Tell me again about "vaccine effectiveness"...
If birds just quarantined in their nest, took birdbaths of two minutes, and stayed six wingspans apart, we could flatten the curve of this thing.

“Of the 964 human cases of H5N1 reported to the World Health Organization since 2003, nearly 50 percent were fatal.”

How DARE you introduce math!?! Racist!

😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Well theyn, iah gaess iah'll be fiahn. <-- Southern accent spelling.
LOfnL, suuuunnnn
Covid was a test run of government’s ability to get a mass of people to follow orders. They passed, we failed. We have way too many sheep.
We are “screwed”…the college student of today, couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag if they had to, forget having a rational thought.
Good for you and your daughter. Nothing better than having a cantankerous kid. They make you rethink everything.
Agreed--though it does make it hard for us to get along at times--bet you can't guess where she gets it!
Thank you for sharing your brilliant, insightful critique of a few elite publications surprising lessons learned. They deeply, desperately want more government and far less personal freedom.
I would be very happy if THEY had less personal freedom.
It’s about Trump. It’s always about Trump. Well, it’s actually about the fear of Trump. Apparently they have a lot of reasons to be afraid. USAID, DoED, EPA, etc., etc.
I find it interesting that after he was re-elected, all those "trust the experts" screams resumed.
Yes. And the judges are working overtime telling Trump to put things back where he found them. Only problem is that the bureaucrats are fired, the offices are closed, the contracts are terminated, the criminals are in jail in another country and the majority of the voters are happy.
Those last 7 words are what scares them the most.
So no, it's not particularly about Trump.
Well, if Democrat angina over McCain, or Mitt, or GWB was a “5”, then Trump is an “11”. I’m sure JD will be a “12”.
Anyone who reads The Atlantic is a pseudo-intellectual--or as Retard Finder (@ifindretards on X, if you don't follow him, do it now!) would say..."Found another one!"
bsn
RF is also on Substack as well...
"Retard finder." 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Absolutely brilliant response to the world in which we live. He CRACKS ME UP. A post from some clown will just about send me stratospheric…and below Retard Finder writes, “found one”. Turns anger and despair into laughter
I did not know! Thank you!!

Chilling insights into Farrar's mind:

His former organization, Wellcome Trust was a WEF's Covid-Zero Founder:

WHO's Chief Behavioral Scientist, Susan Mitchie, was also a part of the SPI-B, the UK's behavioral science experts dictating pandemic policy. Yes, she is a card-carrying Communist, too extreme for even Communists. Aka "Stalin's Nanny":

Behavioral Science, The Science (TM) is the "science of totalitarianism," as described by practitioners of it. The leading behaviorists "got drunk on power." Not letting a good crisis (manufactured) go to waste:
https://web.archive.org/web/20210519003131/https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/05/14/scientists-admit-totalitarian-use-fear-control-behaviour-covid/
It was a plague of hysteria. It was made possible by massive censorship that fed the flame of fear.
The New York ignorati having fallen for Dr Mengele Fauci once are asking us to follow them again into the cattle cars, not realizing that there are only a small fraction, largely bicoastal supposed elites that have any intention of getting on those cattle cars.🙄🙄
NEVER FORGET, NEVER AGAIN.
I can tell you that in Santa Fe, NM, they're lining up at the station. Some have never stopped wearing masks.
🙄it’s like a slow neurological viral infection like Kuru
I'm still wrong about half the time. But when it comes to COVID. I was right from day 1. I listened to the smart people, Atlas, Battacharya (sp?), et al, and not the obvious liars. I was at first appalled by the propaganda and the censorship, and then gradually realized that the ghouls and vampires were in charge, so decided to hold onto my cross and hunker down for the long haul.
